I wonder how many fake post around this review? How many false praises just to cover up the real character? Don't try, trust me, you don't want to experience it! RUUDE & ARROOGANT!

Owner was accommodating and extremely friendly.would go back again for repairs and for guitar setups.

The shop has a clean, tidy and comfortable vibre to it. And really kudos to the owner, for hiring good and passionate guitarist to run help run the place.
Just beginning to learn guitar, and they gave me a good introduction of the journey I'm embarking.

I am not related to the shop or the owner. But Kelvin is good at what he does best. I have had sent my guitars to big outfits like S. L.in the past, and sometimes it just needs another reset, becos the people behind the counter are either youngster and they lack years of experience. But Kelvin, is good. Its really these guys like Kelvin who are experienced, and they know how to setup. I thought I'd write this because I just got back my Taylor acoustic back after a restringing service. I asked him to do a fret clean up for me as well. He setup as I requested for low action. He even called to ask me to pick up but I was busy and chose to pick up the next day. I had brought in my own set of strings. For some luthiers and some shops, they give you a face when you bring in your own set of strings, like you owe them a living for not buying the strings from their shop. Kelvin doesnt do that. He is so respectful, and his work is top notch, you have to ignore the small shop. I am more impressed with his handiwork. I go back to him anytime. I just hope other luthiers who read this post feel more inspired. I want to support the small outfits, but if attitude and service are not there, I go elsewhere. With Kelvin, i have no doubts. I rather drive all the way to Peninsula/Excelsior, endure the small tiny carpark, and use him because I know I wont be disappointed. Kelvin if you are reading this, a big thanks. Please know you are appreciated. I will find time to bring in my fender to tighten the cable jack soon!

Awesome shop with so many authentic vintage goodies. People who complain about service should grow up. You are in the wrong place. Only suitable for people who is street smart and knows what they want. Kelvin has been in this business for over 30 years. He is not only a seasoned musician, he is absolutely the best in repairs and servicing. Perhaps I am bias but look around for veterans that is in the scene and with the same amount of years in terms of experience. Kudos to Guitar Connection and everyone who works there. A very good experience for me!

Very pleased with the efficient and affordable work done here, and Kelvin was very helpful and attentive to what I needed for guitar repair and other equipment. Really recommend this place for guitar needs.

5 mins prior to closing at 7.55pm, shop owner Kelvin kindly helped me to restring my guitar out of goodwill although he was closing as he had plans.
I was feeling disappointed beforehand as all shops were closed.

I came here during my holiday and they have a Great selection of guitars there. Better than anything I have ever seen where I live. They have Gibson’s, fenders, squiers, acoustics, twelve strings and other great guitars. I’m looking forward to come here again when I come back

Horrendous service by an older man and a younger chubby man. They were confrontational just because I stated that I had a budget and were generally bad mannered. I would rather do business elsewhere else and I highly recommend people to NOT give them business

Employees there are honest about the price, don’t do half bake jobs. Went to do a set up at the shop and am extremely satisfied by the workmanship and kindness of the staff

At first I was skeptical cause of all the reviews I read but today I went down to get my volume pot replaced and the guys were so nice and kind to a student using his pocket money for parts that they gave an amazing deal where they lost money
This shop is the best in Singapore for repairs and guitars for your specific Tones.

Danny, the technician, is very experience. He is able to solve all my acoustic guitar's issue on the spot. Definitely recommend all guitarists to pay this shop a visit.

Sent my guitar for a setup and service on the electronic.got it back in a jiffy and the workmanship is superb while fulfilling all my requests. Highly recommended!

Great service and very helpful staff

Gave my guitar for a set-up, he fixed many problems that I had with my guitar, which I didn't ask him to fix - and at no extra charge.

This is a decent guitar shop in Singapore.
The owner, though, was a very rude and arrogant person.

We entered the shop and he asked us whether we want to buy a guitar. We said we would like to try out and compare some guitars first before doing so. He immediately told us to leave his shop, saying that they were busy, although there were only a few people in the shop at that time.

The shop owner, Kevin, is a nice and friendly guy. My guitar had lots of unexpected problems but he and his team managed to solve it patiently and at an reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Friendly and the owner is very patient in allowing u to try out guitars at yr own pace. Price is reasonable.
