Guitar Connection

He charge me $3 for a guitar switch tip without any packaging while next door selling at $1.50 with a packaging…. Very unreasonable…i wont go guitar connection to get any spare parts again…very disappointed….

Would give a 0 if I can. Rude and arrogant owner. Literally any shops around it (swee lee, tymusic, or the shop literally right next to it) is so much better.

Went in looking around for some high-end guitars. Shop owner (i think) was super rude.
He just seemed to want me to buy something and leave asap. Any and every question I asked was just abruptly answered as though I was a waste of his time.

They’ve a great selection of PRS and Ibanez guitars but even then, I’d rather support music stores that actually respect their customers.
A true shame.

The staff there are quite rude. Overall an unpleasant experience. Customer service is not good hence I shall not return there.

Looking for some vintage guitar with husband but was greeted by this arrogant and rude owner who thinks you can't afford anything. We wonder why would someone run a shop if he's not happy to serve anyone. Another shop has newer but more reasonable price.

Rude and arrogant.so what if they have expensive collections.perhaps only those has deep pockets will be entertained.keep away.for members only.

Horrendous service by an older man and a younger chubby man. They were confrontational just because I stated that I had a budget and were generally bad mannered. I would rather do business elsewhere else and I highly recommend people to NOT give them business

Never coming back again. So rude and unreasonable, not accommodating at all. Next time I’ll go to other shops where the staff actually serves your needs.

This is a decent guitar shop in Singapore.
The owner, though, was a very rude and arrogant person.

We entered the shop and he asked us whether we want to buy a guitar. We said we would like to try out and compare some guitars first before doing so. He immediately told us to leave his shop, saying that they were busy, although there were only a few people in the shop at that time.

For repair job, Pricing will be higher than other shops in the mall.
My guitar was having a Fret buzzing noise.
The shop recommended me to do a Fret Leveling.
I paid 220 SGD for it all 22 Frets job + new strings.
You will find this job quoted at 80 SGD (without new strings) in some other shops within the mall.

I am not unhappy with the job done as it seems great however some might not be ready to pay this price.

Communication can be a bit difficult at first with the owner if you are a Novice or if you bargain too much.

I brought my acoustic guitar to get its action adjusted. Kelvin did such an amazing job and really went the extra mile to do the setup. Would return again in the future for any works required. Highly recommended!

Very good service! Requested 2 days earlier than the initial date, Kevin did wonderful work to my 2 guitars. He even did extra work for them. He really has the passion for the guitar and provided his service with really reasonable price. Definitely coming back here with more of my guitars. Definitely best guitar repair store in Singapore

Excellent service! Although it was a busy day, Kelvin made the effort to squeeze in a slot for an urgent repair of my guitar electronics. Kelvin is very experienced and knowledgeable abouy gear repair, having done it for over 30 years. I would strongly recommend Guitar Connection to anyone looking to purchase or repair instruments!

Kelvin is a sincere guy, repaired my fender player strat bone nut, restringing and tone knob. He also did extra work without asking for extra payment to adjust my saddle nicely to improve the string action. Will come again if my guitar needs any repairs!

Got my pedal fixed here! They did an amazing job at fixing my pedal despite it being an old model and especially complicated to fix.originally gave me a very affordable price and still kept to the same price even the the fixing process ended up being way more time consuming and complicated than the price quoted originally.honest and great store! Kelvin has been servicing my guitars for years - as an amateur guitarist I wasn't too sure of many things. Kelvin has always been very happy to teach and guide me through, and enthusiastically sends me updates of my guitar when I need repairs or a setup. Diligent and skilled in his craft, patient and not condescending. Really glad to have luthiers like him around - please do support him! He provides all sorts of repairs as well as initial setup for new guitars.
