Great experience with Ethoz outdoor servicing. On 15-Apr-2021 about the afternoon session, I called up service hotline to request vehicle front headlight bulb replacement. Mr. Zhang Long was the mechanic to help to replace the bulb as requested and do all the checking of the vehicle bulb. During that time I suddenly recall that the vehicle still has another issue which is the left wiper cannot spray water that I didn't request through the hotline and I request direct to the mechanic, Mr. Zhang Long, would you please able to help to repair it and he replied sure will try his best to repair it without any single comment. He is responsible and completed the job professionally well. Soon later I received another call from Ethoz service center Ms. Alice Hung for the follow-up. I would highly recommend to my others friend to rent the car from Ethoz. Much appreciate!

The service is atrocious. Only one staff attending to accident reporting. Waited for more than half and still waiting. Not sure when I will be served. Perhaps near closing time?

A current customer.company does not reply to emails promptly.when you call them, they simply do not care
