Recently got a long term car rental from Ethoz. Excellent service provided by my relationship manager Jonathan Quek. Prompt response to all my queries, goes out of his way to meet after hours given my busy schedule. Managed to expedite delivery of the vehicle on short notice. Pricing was very reasonable and value for money. Whole rental process was very smooth from the start. Will highly recommend Ethoz for car rentals.
Our company wants to rent to van and collect by the next day, served by Tsai En, and he's very helpful and efficient! We are able to get the van by the next day. Highly recommended!
We engaged Jonathan Quek for leasing of car and I'm very pleased with the excellent service he has provided us so far. Prompt in all queries and replies before and after the rental. Went there for an accident reporting today. The express counter staff were just chatting loudly among themselves, the lone accident reporting staff was busy. They didn't even walk us through the accident reporting procedure until I walked over to the counter.
I would expect for a such a supposedly reputable place, they should have better customer service, but sadly no. Every other accident reporting centre I've been to has been a better experience than this.
Take super long for the claim and ask customer to wait forever for their reply is their common practice
Its been a pleasent experience renting from Ethoz. From collection to extension, Ms Eve Oh has made it a breeze for me and my family.

It was a wonderful experience renting a car from ethoz. It was the second week of Hari Raya and Ethoz was able to provide a car readily. The car was also very clean and shiny upon collection.
The efficiency of the sales rep Ms Eve Oh in regards to the transaction and extension and car usage was very professional. The team was also very trustworthy when I left my wallet in their car.
Overall a very good experience would consider to rent again from Ethoz.
My car was knocked in the front when parked in a parking lot on 31-Mar-2022, reported the accident in Ethoz on 01-Apr and was told that the repair will take at most 5 working days. As it was a third-party claim, was only told to send in my vehicle on 13-Apr (a whopping 2 weeks to arrange for a survey/inspection). And no active updates from Ethoz even though I sent in a few emails and text messages to ask for updates on the claim and repair. On 9-May, finally received a call to send in my car on 17-May for the repairs. Was told that I will be able to collect my vehicle latest today (23-May) but no updates came again. Called the given number from 8.30am till 11.30am with no one answering the line. Finally decided to call the main line and was told to wait for a call from the officer-in-charge, only to get a response (via text message) that some parts arrived late and my car will only be ready in another 3 more days! Shouldn't the parts already been ordered when they have 5 full working days to prepare for the repair? Very disappointing experience as it will take almost 2 full months for vehicle repair, am considering not going to renew my motor insurance with AXA after this disappointing experience with Ethoz.

I enquired on getting a rental car for Hari Raya and was attended to by Ms Conie Liew. The service rendered was great - she answered all my queries clearly and reverted with transparent quotations within the same day.
On the day of collection, the car was prepped properly - the rental car was in decent condition, clean interior, tyres pumped and fuel tank filled. Thus, handover was fuss-free and straightforward.
Likewise, the return process was also straightforward.
I was there a few years ago to report an accident on a Saturday afternoon. Staff are very professional and helpful. Reports are available immediately with very little wait time. I recommend Ethoz to everyone who drives.

Can I ask how long Accident Report claims take super long to respond? It's been more than a week since we file the claim for 3rd party liability. ComfortDelGro Taxi did not check and came out of minor road to hit us. I tried to ask for some sort of support from the insurance company AXA Singapore as our car has been badly damaged. Tried to contact the customer service at ETHOZ Group to follow up on this and the repair, at their workshop, but did not hear from them any reply. Can I ask if this is normal practice? Any advice?
Ethoz is the authorized workshop for my car insurance. First time I came here. Lots of parking space. Very convenient drive in and the office is right there. Very spacious and I didn't need to wait at all. The staff is helpful to file my claim.
We rented a car from Ethoz, and it was a very last-minute decision to cater to our needs during the long weekend holiday.
Ethoz’s representative Ms. Eve Oh is an amiable & helpful person, promptly replying to my questions & explaining the contract in detail. The process of the transaction is seamless.
The car they offer is in tip-top condition. They also offer onsite service; we did call for help on a public holiday when we found a signal light was on with can’t off (we are not familiar with this car model). Ethoz’s engineer came within 2 hours with no additional charge. Friendly engineers resolve the issue within 5 mins… It was my mistake to on it without knowing.
The staffs are accommodating and sincere. Honest dealing, I will recommend Ethoz to my friends & two thumbs up for them.
