Very good and prompt service. I was served by Connie Liew who took care of all my requirements and advised me on the various offers. I managed to secure a very decent rental for the CNY period, and both picking up and returning were hassle-free. Ethoz does not nitpick and find faults to claim for every scratch. I think it is fair to say they were fair. The car was taken care of when I received it and I followed their instructions to return it with full tank, and that was it. While it is not the cheapest out there, I must say that Ethoz does deliver with peace of mind. So 10/10 would go for them again.

When company needed a rental car and based on market information, I contacted Ethoz. My enquiry was promptly attended to by friendly front line staff, Eve. Not only price is competitive but superb personalized service. Naturally, I started deal with Ethoz. Such service was extended after sale too whereby Eve tried her best to help us to change a car, due to unforeseen circumstances. Had it been other car rental companies, it would not be possible. I have a good business experience and dealing with Ethoz and would not hesitate to recommend Ethoz to friends and business associates.

Good and quick service from staff on all car-related issues and reasonable car rental rates. Eve Oh served me and was very helpful and friendly in answering all my queries that I had with my car issues.

Ethoz’ cars are always clean, well maintained and the pricing is reasonable. Other car rental companies are cheaper, but usually not so clean or hygienic.

Last week, needed a car at last minute and manage to rent one from Connie.

Connie was on the line and she is friendly, helpful & efficient. I wasn’t expecting to get a car since it was on a Friday late evening, and I need a car in less than 2-3 business days. But she manage to call me back and secure a car!

Very prompt response to my enquiry for a rental car even after office hours and extremely professional handling by the customer service person Ms. Connie Liew. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The service and product quality both were quite impressive.

I got to know about ETHOZ through one of my friends and he was very positive about their service. He was absolutely right as the cars are nice and clean. The staff is very efficient. I have been in touch with Miss Eve Oh and she has been very helpful and responsive every time.
They even arranged a replacement vehicle as the one I had was due for servicing.

Rented a Toyota Camry from Fri-Tues and as usual the car was clean and in good condition. Service from Connie Liew was excellent who handed my queries and request diligently.

Rented from Ethoz a Nissan Note for slightly more than a year. Fantastic experience with them, both from their customer's service especially Ms Eve the customer service officer and maintenance side. Pricing is cheap. Will rent from them again.

For the past 10 over years, this is my go-to whenever I need a rental car. The cars are always sparkling clean and very well maintained. Every part of the car is working in perfect condition. The staff, especially Eve, are extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that the process is kept smooth and simple. They even source for child seats for my two kids even though they are not offered as a package! Thanks a lot for the great service!

Yesterday late afternoon encountered a strange sound coming from my Mercedes C180 while I was on my way home with family and contacted my regular customer service, Mr. Jackson. He was very worried and concern, requested me not to use the car much. And asked me what time I'll be home and told him be home after 6pm. Immediately he dispatched his mechanic, Mr. Ho, to my home within an hour to check on my 9 year old car. Within 20mins, he found the old wind belt is causing the strange sound. Temporary fixed the sound and informed that it need to be replaced soon. The overall process was very professionally handle and to my satisfaction. I was impressed by their hardworking and self driven attitude even such late hour.

Happy to receive exceptional service from May Ong. She has been very helpful and professional, hope to encounter such good service in the line next time.

On 9 July 2021, I made an accident report to the office of Ethoz at Bt Batok. I was attended to by Jackson Teo who was very professional and had all my questions answered. Jackson stayed late to process my report and made it effortless. After an unpleasant day because of the accident I had, Jackson made my day better with his friendly disposition and experience in handling my case.
