#noelgifts has very good biz, that i think they dont mind missing a couple biz.

My scheduled delivery to my clients were from 10-12 Jan, Morning delivery on their systems.

On 12th afternoon, We called the clients to wish them 'HAPPY CNY' and check if they received, none received.

On 13th Jan @ 1720hrs, i called Noel several times before being picked up to check on the delivery status.
- This is after they ignored our emails/ email chaser.

Summary of the long convo of checking in on the status

Noel customer svc mentioned:

"If the client do not receive by today (which is around 6pm) then they will receive next week. We cannot control our drivers and deliveries. "

Terence: When i asked on each hamper progress.

Noel customer svc mentioned:

"OHH! I think there are a couple orders not recorded and scheduled. "

By today 20th JAN, when all my clients are not in office i do not have the actual visibility of who has received. Completely do not trust the system.

I have client that received on the 19th instead.

Remarks for #noelgift:

1) If you are overwhelmed, just have the decency to reply on email or tracking. We can proceed with hamper delivery smoothly in other countries with prompt account of the progress.
2) Why allow scheduling on your website to demonstrate your level of efficiency, when you cannot even fulfil?
3) Some of my clients are on leave, and we do not know if any hampers did or did not get delivered.

This year purchase is just horrible experience. (#We had purchase before, replies were slightly delayed, but at least emails are responded)

I dont think the folks in Noel understand the meaning of gifting hampers for festive period.

Avoid buying from Noel Gifts. My CNY hamper to my in laws did not arrive even though I preordered it in advance. When I call the company, all I receive is an automated reply that is of no use. Will never buy from this company again!

Placed an order with them on the 30th December 2022 for CNY hampers as they are having promotions.

Total I bought 5 hampers amounting to $500+. On the website they ask me to indicate when do I want to send the hamper and asked for a 3 days period for delivery. So I choose 3/1 to 5/1 as their website proposed.

On the 19th Jan I check with them why they haven’t send to my client yet. They said they attempt delivery but failed. I even choose office hour because my client are in the office during office hours. But since 3/1 till 5/1 failed delivery, did you call my client? My client did not receive any phone call neither did I.

So between 5th Jan to 19th Jan nothing was being done about it.
I tried to contact their customer service but seems like they say they are experiencing high volume of enquiry. If you can’t commit to your clients when you roll out this promotion, please don’t over promise.

This is one awful experience with Noel Gift and I will not recommend ANYONE to them. They cannot deliver and cannot do any customer recovery on the spot. I called their mainline and got to hold for 1 hour but nobody answer on 19th Jan. Guess everyone is on holiday mode.

If I can rate negative star rating I will gladly do that because this is one lousy service experience I ever encounter.

Have placed a corporate order on 10 Jan 2023 & the website prompted to select a delivery date and time that stretched over 3 days (so they will have sufficient time for delivery during the busy CNY period).

My order was supposed to be sent to my boss's office during 16-18 Jan morning slot before CNY, but no delivery has been done until today (as of 20 Jan) & there's no updates given to the customer too when order is undelivered during the allocated timeframe. Their support is very bad. I tried to call in to their customer hotline multiple times on different days and time, but they were practically unreachable, which is frustrating. Only managed to reach a staff after trying so many times, but the staff informed that he is unable to check on the order and will ask the correct department to call me back, which they did not. Have emailed in to check on my order as well, but no one responded.

I only realised something is wrong when I went to their Facebook and saw many affected customers having their orders undelivered during this crucial period too (which Noel Gifts have also limited the comments on the post so that affected customers cannot comment to share their situation further).

I'm surprised their social media on Facebook is still promoting their CNY hampers as of 3 days ago (when their past customers order is not even fulfilled). Very irresponsible, unprofessional, and unreliable gifts provider.

I place order online for 18/01/23 delivery and was charged but my friend have not received the hamper till now. Try calling them to no avail and left message but they never get back to me. Wondering what had happened as this is the first time I am encountering this with them: (

Got scammed by Noel, ordered 14 CNY hampers from them, paid full amount upfront and was promised delivery between 16 Jan to 18 Jan. Collect money very fast but only 1 out of 15 was hampers were delivered. Noel did not inform that they are unable to deliver on time. Took 2 hours to reach someone finally and was told they can only deliver on 30 Jan.

Requested for refund, was promised a refund but no callback or refund promised as well. Will give negative 5 stars if i am able to.

Will definitely inform others i meet not to buy from Noel.

Ordered for delivery between 19-20 Jan. No delivery and No calls from Noel. Call hotline no answer, ask to leave name n number but voicemail box full! Very disappointing.

Disappointed to book early with them. Booked early 45days before valentine's day and being notified there's an increase and need to top up of more than 30%. Regular customer somemore. Others selling much cheaper. If cannot compromise your pricing, dont sell your booking. Sorry to switch

Ordered from them once. Will never do it again. The delivery was to my wife's workplace for a special occasion and I intended it to be a surprise. Delivery ended up not being made in the intended time period chosen. Called them multiples times with bad experiences and results from various of their staff. 1 guy said will help me check but never got back to me, 1 lady gave me a sarcastic reply "still 5 mins away from the cut off time right? " but the worst was 1 guy who told me "Yeah it's late but there's nothing we can do about it right? I mean what do you want us to do about it? ". In the end, I even had to call my wife and told her to maybe wait around in her workplace to wait for the delivery, imagine how romantic that must've been for her.

Wonderful thing is, she wait for an hour and still no delivery.

The delivery was only made after she left her office and on the train. Some guy (maybe a manager) called me apologizing saying to make up for it, they'll have another delivery of the exact same item made to our house that night. But by then what's the point? The lateness and the poor attitude of their staff left such a sour taste in my mouth.
I've had bad service experiences in my life and almost all I can move on from, but this one no.

Placed an order for client's official opening, delivery time was arranged between 9am to 12pm. Called Noel at 8.30am on day of delivery and was told driver is on the way for delivery but at 1.30pm still no sight of flower so we called Noel office and was told due to CNY period the flower can only arrive before 5pm as the driver has to follow the route according to the orders. Their customer service suggested to cancel our order. Utterly disappointed with their service if you are unable to cope please do not take our order. We could have given the business to someone else.

My first purchase of the CNY hamper for my mum on 20 Jan and i thought I could expect fast delivery given the option of dates which I had opted between 21-23 Jan.

I started calling the customer service department at 6299 1155 on 23 afternoon to ask for delivery update and the staff actually told me that I would receive before 6pm. Nonetheless, it was not delivered.

On 24th Morning 8.45am, I made a call again informing them I need a accurate delivery status and they told me that they would contact me ASAP upon checking with their service team. However, I have waited 2 hours and still yet to receive any call. Hence, I called again to ask for the delivery In-charge/delivery man number since it is New Year eve and half working day so I could still contact someone afterwards. They were nice to give me their warehouse hotline but I spammed more than 10 calls and still nobody picks up!

Firstly, customer service should initiate to revert back to customers as promised instead of customer being the one who keep chasing for status updates.

Secondly, the order tracking function on the website is definitely not efficient and prompt. What is the point of having that when I was told that status will only be updated after the delivery man is back to office. Obviously, there is a lapse in between and I suggest Noel Gift to work on a better instant update system.

Also, I would suggest Noel Gift to remove their "Earliest Delivery Date / Time: " stated in bold as I believe that is partly the reason why people chose to purchase but it would definitely cause misconception that they can really commit to the prompt delivery.

All in all, it is utmost disappointing for my first purchase that I still do not know whether it can be delivered to us tonight before my prayer and tomorrow before our flight.

The CNY orange hamper gift had flowers that were silk/plastic. For the amount I paid, I expected fresh flowers. I'm sure fresh local flowers, apart from adding a nice touch, would not be too expensive. Very disappointing. They should mention flowers used for their gifts (or as pictured) are fake.

First purchase and it was not delivered on time. The service was good on the onset with the confirmation but it went downhill on the service delivery. Though it was indicated that delivery was between a certain timing, if it is a Get Well Soon package to a hospital, common sense dictates that visiting hours should be considered. Nonetheless, if the delivery failed, vendor should initiate contact with the sender to update on the status and not wait for sender to call and be passed on from one person to another before answers could be given. The extra basket was appreciated though but it should not have been the case had the service been efficient.

Ordered a wreath for a wake. It arrived on time, however half of the flowers were fake. It was disappointing as I paid around $95 and yet half of the flowers were fake.

Didn’t realise when ordering that half of it will be artificial. Do take note when ordering

I am simply giving 4 stars to them for their intent to correct their mistake and regard customer's feedback with utmost seriousness. My father had ordered a hamper for our first anniversary which was scheduled to be delivered in a 3 hour window. Despite multiple calls and chasing - they confirmed it will be delivered on time only to realize later that there has been some mixup and it will delayed! It was a horrible experience and as obvious the whole purpose of the gift on a special occasion is lost if the timing is not met. They called next day and apologized, also sent a complementary bouquet next day with an apology letter. Appreciate this effort! Hopefully they will work on this and give a pleasant experience to their future customers.
