Bought a 5w40 servicing package from them

Was recommended to replace a couple of wear & tears for the car after service and was given a quote

2-3 weeks later bought the atf and wheel alignment package.we bought our own spare parts to replace some wear and tears including headlamps etc.

We were told the labour charges will be increased if we use our own parts instead of theirs.

It was such a Rip off. Got it done @ 1/3 cost elsewhere and decided to refund the alignment and atf package we bought.

Seems they are more into maximizing their profits.

Wouldn't recommend them as there workshops out there which charges a reasonable labour charge even if you bring your own parts.

Made a service appointment. But was made to wait for 75mins without any service being started at all. Wasted trip, time and effort.

Ah Hee was dedicated and professional in repairing my oil leak. Place is nice and receptionist are helpful.

Had a sudden lost of pressure on tyres n did not know what to do. Juz few days ago had checked pressure and done rotation of them too. Called the team of auto World n it was almost closing time. I told them my problem and thou it was near closing I told them I am near on my way. They cld hv refused but accepted my request of checking and the urgency I had they agreed to wait till I arrive. I had actually a nail
stuck in my tyre and they removed it within mins.

First time send my car for service today, very friendly staff, Ms Rina counter staff was very responsive, professional & friendly in explaining the SVC packages. Mechanic Ah Keong was professional & friendly. Will go again!

The place is nice. And the service is good. The price is Abit premium but quality is what you paid for.

Despite appearing to be a big player in local automobile service market, I can't help to feel a good sense of personalized service from the team at Autoworld. Came here all the way from Yishun only to do the Threebond glass coating since it is on promotion and was impressed by the friendly staff and nice customer lounge. There was a minor hiccup with the coating on the bumper a few day later and Autoworld did not hesitate to rework nor dispute. Special thanks to Jiamin/Tori/Jason for the good service before and after sales. Will definately come back again. Keep up the good work

Brought my car for Castrol Edge servicing package today. Very friendly staff, both front desk and service crew, reasonable pricing. Nice clean and tidy lounge area. Open 7 days a week. Will come back for more servicing. No booking required as they have 10 service bays. Overall good experience. Thumbs up!

Went to the shop 1 year ago to replace 4 pcs of tyres, service was excellent and price were very reasonable. Staff treated me like a friend and totally going all out to provide the best hospitalitility.
Went back again recently, but feels that the business is turning to become more commercialised, every bit of job have to go into the office and request from the counter.

Technician is thorough and explained clearly on problems with our vehicle. Overall, staff are friendly and provide good service.

One stop service for all car repairs. Nice waiting lounge with some snacks and beverages while you wait for your servicing or repairs. You can also see the work done on your vehicle from the screens in the waiting lounge.

Went to purchase 2 headlight bulbs for my Toyota. It was $16 in total (someone said it should've cost only $3). I just needed to buy the bulbs and go, but they insisted for me to register and to record my car odometer and details and all the whatnots. What should've been a 5min transaction turned out to be a 20 minute wait. Totally put off by it.

Friendly staff, good customer service and a wide variety of tyres available. Do note that Stamford Tyres is just down the lane, you might want to compare your options.
