Pre-pandemic servicing was good. I always sent my car for service/repair since 2018. But post-pandemic servicing felt disappointed, especially this year, when I sent my car due to the engine oil-indicator lighted. After assessed by the mechanic, said oil pump issue, need to change the whole engine as no one will just repair the internal oil pump. I agreed to change the engine as if continue driving, oil pump fail, will cause further damages. Although is an old car (more then 10 yrs) still able to find 2nd hand re-conditioned engine.
I collect my car after repaired and was told that the re-conditioned engine had a six months warranty, any issue can go back. While driving home, I felt the need to step more oil to accelerate. When reverse parking, the engine vibrated, causing the whole car vibrate, too. That night while driving, the air-con failed, the following day had to go back to the autoworld workshop to rectify it.
After weeks of driving, the engine starts to vibrate while at idling speed, and the engine even dies off while reversing. I went back to the Autoworld workshop as I had a six months warranty. The mechanic assessed and changed the air flow sensor, and the engine issue is still the same. I have been in & out workshop several times, checking/servicing/cleaning other component parts still the issue exists.
Finally, I gave up and went to another workshop. They diagnosed the engine issue, no compression pressure for two piston head. Advised me to go back Autoworld as the engine still had a warranty.
Back to Autoworld, the mechanic denied the engine issue, still insisted others components giving issue. Advise me to leave the car for further diagnosis.
I gave up and went to another workshop. Had to pay close to two thousand to rectify the engine issue.
I still have the remaining Autoworld Care servicing voucher as I purchased the service package. Now really scared to go back to Autoworld Care, scared old car go in and cannot come out.

Bought and upgraded to the recommended car battery from them, used and maintained well but after a year and 3 months, went dead. Told me warranty expired after a year. GG. Careful bros.

This will be the first and the last time I coming here. Did wheel rotation and balancing, workshop tech dropped the wheel flat on the floor. No issue. Didn't bother to check for nails which most shops will do. Then when comes to payment, asked for payment to be made by cash. No issue, I paid in cash, after I got back my change. No invoice until I asked for it. If I'm not wrong, this is a big company, not your usual half past 6 shop where the worker is the boss. Something is wrong today.

Bought a 5w40 servicing package from them

Was recommended to replace a couple of wear & tears for the car after service and was given a quote

2-3 weeks later bought the atf and wheel alignment package.we bought our own spare parts to replace some wear and tears including headlamps etc.

We were told the labour charges will be increased if we use our own parts instead of theirs.

It was such a Rip off. Got it done @ 1/3 cost elsewhere and decided to refund the alignment and atf package we bought.

Seems they are more into maximizing their profits.

Wouldn't recommend them as there workshops out there which charges a reasonable labour charge even if you bring your own parts.

Made a service appointment. But was made to wait for 75mins without any service being started at all. Wasted trip, time and effort.

Went to purchase 2 headlight bulbs for my Toyota. It was $16 in total (someone said it should've cost only $3). I just needed to buy the bulbs and go, but they insisted for me to register and to record my car odometer and details and all the whatnots. What should've been a 5min transaction turned out to be a 20 minute wait. Totally put off by it.

Went to the shop 1 year ago to replace 4 pcs of tyres, service was excellent and price were very reasonable. Staff treated me like a friend and totally going all out to provide the best hospitalitility.
Went back again recently, but feels that the business is turning to become more commercialised, every bit of job have to go into the office and request from the counter.

Visit on 18 Jun 22. Was told to change brake pads at $150 plus $80 installation. Saw similar service put up by them on Shoppe at $96 inclusive of installation after discount ($120 orginal). Felt cheated was informed by their CS on Shopee indeed I pay more. Was given the reason prices in Shopee not determine by them. Also to add I was a customer since 2020. Thus even more disappointed.

Appreciate the CS to call me to clarify the reason for the difference in pricing which they have taken actions to rectify.

Good service by Sam my favourite manager. Ample parking and lounge for your work while waiting for your car servicing.

One stop service for all car repairs. Nice waiting lounge with some snacks and beverages while you wait for your servicing or repairs. You can also see the work done on your vehicle from the screens in the waiting lounge.

Friendly staff, good customer service and a wide variety of tyres available. Do note that Stamford Tyres is just down the lane, you might want to compare your options.

It been a long time since sam were here until now me and my son go over there looking for wei lun or the front serving guy's they're all good but to the best looks for the one whom aways do it. Giving them a change but wei lun wasn't there.sometime sparepart are expensive.hopefully they can hv good discount, Boss are always so nice spoken with him pass few months behind which doing spraying cars body's and repairs.

Very nice lounge. Air con shiok. Got netflix and table soccer to play and entertain the little one.

Was surprised and glad that Autoworld managed to identify and resolve my car issue as they had spare parts readily available in stock compared to C&C. Keep up with the good service!

Nice and clean workshop. First time visit and purchased value worth servicing package from them. I personally preferred workshop with proper management style, from booking to completion of servicing your car, it provided peace of mind from their transparency pricing. Nice waiting area as well.

Came over to check my vehicle due to it’s brake light warning symbol appearing and was attended promptly by a friendly mechanic. The issue was fixed in no time while he explained the possible cause. Will certainly be back again to do servicing!

Workshop also accommodated last minute appointment and haven’t been waited more than an hour since the first service.
