The canteen food was good with alot of space, waiting loungue was cooling and comfortable to wait in.the collecting of queue number was quick and fast without any hassle. Mr Gary Tan explained things with me well and was quick with responses. Very happy overall
I was call up by Toyota to make a service appt on 28th Dec (Tues). It was a rescheduled by myself to push forward earlier cos i go busy lately. And once again i wasn't dissapointed with Toyota Inchcape Pandan svc ctr. & again it was that courteous & helpful man by the name of Hermanzi. He is really a remarkable person. He listens to my problems regarding my car attentatively & the outcome of the svc & repairs is superb. Toyota is a good & lucky co to hv this kind of staff to represents them. A good ambassador for TOYOTA. 2 up

Parking lot is easy to find. Queue system is faster and more efficient. Gary Tan who attended to me was very professional and explained clearly before and after servicing in details. I am very happy with his service.
Francis has consistently provided excellent service at Body Care. Got my car paintwork done recently, unfortunately paintwork got a little chipped off accodentally a few days later. He got it touched up in no time. Also, consultation on car related issues with him is always clear and helpful.
Receptionist Hermanzi and Wendy were really good in assisting me.
The engineers were really good and professional in their service BUT the engineer servicing my Aircon was bad.
Feels like he needs an upgrade as he does not know what he is doing. Day 1 after repair, the temperature control was faulty. Day 2, that if he fix it the temperature of Aircon will be affected. So there's no way to fix and he don't know how to do it.
When arrive, there are carpark lots and it is not crowded.

Service centre not crowded. Environment is very clean! Doesn't take long to get attended to. Very efficient! This is my second servicing, will come here again. Thank you Gary!
I have had my Toyota C-HR regular servicing done here since 2018. The online appointment booking is simple to use. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be serviced. The officers carefully explain what will be done during maintenance. They do offer optional add-ons like car interior sanitisation and leather seat polishing but are not pushy if you decline. There is a free shuttle bus in the morning that brings you to Clementi MRT station. Regular maintenance usually takes 2-3 hours, after which you receive an SMS that your car is ready for collection.
I will like to commend Jason Chong for my latest visit on 14 Dec 2021. He has a polite and cheerful demeanour. Shortly after I had left my car for maintenance, he called me about an unexpected issue with my car battery which required changing so I will not get sticker shock when I receive the final invoice. He carefully explained the full list of what had been done for my car. Besides Jason, I have always had a pleasant experience with all the service officers I have interacted with.

Senior Service Engineer, Gary Tan, is very professional with his work. He has the knowledge and patience to explain all servicing details to me. He listened to the issues I encountered with my vehicle and making sure the service team checked for any possible problem with my car. Hand over of my car was timely and process was clear and fast.
Smooth servicing experience, service engineer Ernesto was clear and precise on what was to be done and which parts are replaced. Only thing to improve could be waiting time for registration.
