42Gary tan served my vehicle today. Friendly and professional in handling with work done explian warranty.
Liew Bang Lung and his service team finished the tyre patching very fast even though they were serving many cudtomers. I was told my car would only be ready for collection between 15: 00 and 16: 00 but I collected the car much earlier, approximately between 13: 00 and 14: 00.
Law Lien Wei is customer-oriented even though he handles Suzuki car. Upon car collection, I realized that the car would usually not be washed after tyre patching but Mr Law Lien Wei heard my concern and went extra miles to get the car washed by service team. Thumbs to Mr Law.
Mr. Tony Choo, very good n tell me all my car problems n he know he job very well good staffs must give more benefit thks

I was a first time with a very good experience from Mr Gavin Wong provided to me during my video camera issue, he was very friendly and knowledgeable with what needed to be done on my vehicle without more explain from me, thumbs up to Mr Gavin Wong, it was a very great experience to me.
I had a problem that needed to be sorted out urgently. MY boot would not close. The advisers were so helpful even though I didn't have an appointment. The faulty catch was fixed quickly and I was not even charged for it. Such wonderful helpful people made my day!

I went to this centre to report a traffic accident. Francis was very kind and professional. He walked me through the claim process and helped me to submit my insurance claim. It was my first time having to do this and he was kind and reassuring throughout the process, checking my car camera and explaining the process. Francis brought a little happiness into an otherwise awful morning!
Came last week only to fix the problem with the temperature indicator and aircon but it happened again few days later. Hermanzi is very helpful and escalated my case to minimize waiting time.
Hermanzi is very helpful when I mentioned the the under carriage cover is loose. They made a throughout check on it and was prompt 3 hours but servicing was done way before!
I really impressed with the service provided by Suzuki customer service representative Mr Law Lien Wei at Pandan Service Center on15/9/22 and 11/10/2022.
I am not the type like to write feedback however his attitude is great always do his best more than just take it as a job.
I have attended by him 2-3 times, he always be the same Mr Law keep it up don’t change your friendly and helpful attitude.
I write this feedback is to let Suzuki team know you great how as a frontline, you are assets to them.
