I am very thankful that I got my first guitar at this store. The customer service is especially excellent. The guy at the store was very helpful and patient with me, a beginner. He helped me find a great guitar and was very engaging. I am definitely going to go to this store first for any of my future music needs.

Best service I have received. When out of their way to help me get a 1 to 1 exchange for a product I bought which was not working well. If not for them I would have to get it fixed at the warrenty service center which would take very much longer.

Bought an Orange cabinet that they delivered to me for free. The package was still factory wrapped by Orange. I later found that there was a discolouration on the tolex and informed the shop of Orange’s QC fault.

They not only agreed to return to my house to collect the faulty cab but returned the very same evening with a brand new replacement with perfect tolex! I didn’t even have to lift a finger.

Guitar shop service like this is really hard to come by these days and is something I definitely appreciate. Thanks guys.

Friendly, honest, knowledgeable and helpful people! Always a nice experience visiting sound alchemy. Excellent service in setting up my electric and bass guitars. Shielding was very nicely done for my instrument. Service fees are very reasonable. Will definitely recommend to friends.
