McDonald's United Square

Able to get seats at 9am on Sunday, got crowded very soon after. Tables very clean, ample children high chairs available, has mccafe and my himalayan tea latte was well crafted.

Not too bad. Located in the basement, a nice and simple McDonald's with your usual favourites, has your usual pretty efficient electronic ordering system and seating. Nice and straightforward.

Having a nice cake n beverage feels good. However, it is good that the staff should check with us whether having the mccafe app for qr code. Not after payment which not many customers know it. It was rather disappointing that nothing was rectify from the staff. No point earned yet with spending

The food here was terrible. Not even just the regular McDonalds terrible, it was on a whole different level. I asked for extra mayo and they didn't put anything, and there wasn't any lettuce in the Big Mac or any pickles in my Double Cheeseburger. They only offered me water and charged me extra. I will never eat here again.

Great staff! Especially a tall uncle who is usually there when i go around lunch or 3pm. He brings food to the tables. Polite, efficient n friendly
Also the little auntie who also brings food n clears tables. Witnessed her once picked up a customer's mask from the floor n replaced with a new 1 cos it was dirty 5 for auntie n uncle!

Friendly and helpful service. Few years ago, there was a staff who did balloon sculptures and interacted with customers at the restaurant. He was always friendly and cheerful and my family looked forward to visiting the place. Recently, my kid was careless and dropped the ice cream. With no questions asked, McDonald’s staff replaced with a new ice cream and even sent it personally to our table, making our day. Kudos to the team for their excellent service. However, this place can be crowded at times, with some inconsiderate parents hogging the seats while waiting for their kids to finish their tuition at the enrichment centres upstairs.

Waited 40 mins for my order, from 12: 55 pm to 1: 35 pm on a weekday. Staff were trying their best to get the orders out but the whole situation was chaotic. Not sure why all the orders were delayed. Even after the order number was already flashed as ready for collection, staff said the order was not ready and to wait for your number to be verbally called out. Everyone was crowding near the counter waiting. Only 1 staff was trying his best to pack the orders at the counter and another staff was helping to call out the numbers. Total breakdown in operations. The manager should be called to task for this mess.

Service is very poor. I wanted 30 mins for my meals. It is suppose to be a fast food restaurant. The whole collection area is pack with people. I

Ordered via mobile apps and dined in. Checked and found 2 items missing. Showed the receipt and food finally served. Found that McD will somehow missed some items. Had encountered at least 3x at different outlets. Dine- in easier to check, but drive-thru will not be easy especially if order is plenty.

Sad state of fries. Soggy and salty, feels like it’s fried long ago

Located at basement of United Square Mall.
Standard Macdonald food and service level. Had 4 self service machines, food was served fast. There would always be a constant flow of customers.
There was also MacCafe there.
Great outlet to have a meal.
Ample seating area. The area was also kept clean by the staffs.
One of the better Macdonald outlets to enjoy your Macdonald meal.

Best feature is that they stay open until 11pm, even though everything else closes around 9pm in this mail

Had the grilled chicken mc wrap and chocolate pie. Macs really got their formula right for the choco pie cuz HOT DAYUM it's good! Didn't eat their fries today, but I heard from some others that today's fries are pretty soggy and salty. Still 5/5 for me. Stay away from the fries if you see this and it's 12th April 2022 around 7: 37pm. Maybe wait till they make a fresh batch.

Came during dinner time on a Monday evening, not much crowd so was able to find a table easily. Ordered through the kiosk and food was delivered quickly. Highly recommended during off peak hours.

Disappointment. My 2 McSpicy set takeaway was missing both fries.plus my latte was just 100% milk.sad

People that visit there should be more considerate. 1 person sitting at tables for 5. Why didn't the restaurant manager do something about it?

I generally like this outlet but sorry macs the tablet ordering doesn't work. Long queues+ tablet is slow. Doesnt sync w McCafe that forgets my orders sometimes. Macs.got to do better than this. Its not the staff

That current female super fat manager is sooo rude.

Terrible. This outlet has alway provided good service. The previous male manager is very friendly. I duno what’s wrong with this female manager. So rude

Before pandemic, I used to come to this McDonald's from time to time. Nowadays I just order the food via app. Guess it is due to the very high number of orders, usually food will ready and delivered within 30 minutes. Didnt get to post this BTS meal previously. Here is the pic
