McDonald's United Square

The food here was terrible. Not even just the regular McDonalds terrible, it was on a whole different level. I asked for extra mayo and they didn't put anything, and there wasn't any lettuce in the Big Mac or any pickles in my Double Cheeseburger. They only offered me water and charged me extra. I will never eat here again.

Waited 40 mins for my order, from 12: 55 pm to 1: 35 pm on a weekday. Staff were trying their best to get the orders out but the whole situation was chaotic. Not sure why all the orders were delayed. Even after the order number was already flashed as ready for collection, staff said the order was not ready and to wait for your number to be verbally called out. Everyone was crowding near the counter waiting. Only 1 staff was trying his best to pack the orders at the counter and another staff was helping to call out the numbers. Total breakdown in operations. The manager should be called to task for this mess.

Very bad service and never check properly and have a very bad attitude from this outlet bad manager given bad attitude very rude

That current female super fat manager is sooo rude.

Terrible. This outlet has alway provided good service. The previous male manager is very friendly. I duno what’s wrong with this female manager. So rude

Terrible service! I thought mcdonalds is "fast" food but i have to wait for more than 20 min for my breakfast. Time ordered at 10.47am (see photo). Time received food just a few mins ago at 11.09am.

Bought McSpicy with Twister fries. The friend was sooo dry as well the petty. End up with bad mouth pain by chew it. Pls change your petty for every 4 hours. Follow your procedures. Healthy food is important. Don't earn money by serve old foods

At least practice to smile to your costumers and not showing an attitude. Especially for counters and runners.

Just went to mcdonals just now and im with a baby so the cashier asked if i need table service then i said yes.when the staff delivered my food i asked if i can have catchup and he just pointed me where the condiments are.i think thats a bit rude

Having a nice cake n beverage feels good. However, it is good that the staff should check with us whether having the mccafe app for qr code. Not after payment which not many customers know it. It was rather disappointing that nothing was rectify from the staff. No point earned yet with spending

Service is very poor. I wanted 30 mins for my meals. It is suppose to be a fast food restaurant. The whole collection area is pack with people. I

I generally like this outlet but sorry macs the tablet ordering doesn't work. Long queues+ tablet is slow. Doesnt sync w McCafe that forgets my orders sometimes. Macs.got to do better than this. Its not the staff

Ordered a happy meal with a toy. They didnt pack it and realised it only when we got back home
Fortunately i still had the reciept. To everyone. Check to make sure ur orders are right before leaving.

Not a good impression, as they forgot to give us the drink. Although later when we went back to ask the stuff gave it to us without any difficulties.

Was really disappointed with how bland the milo is over here. I remember the time when the McDonald's serves the best iced Milo in Singapore. But I guess time has changed.

Best feature is that they stay open until 11pm, even though everything else closes around 9pm in this mail

Disappointment. My 2 McSpicy set takeaway was missing both fries.plus my latte was just 100% milk.sad

People that visit there should be more considerate. 1 person sitting at tables for 5. Why didn't the restaurant manager do something about it?

Ordered set specifically with large fries for the sea weed shaker fries, wasn't given the sea weed shaker, just some sauce. 5 people behind prep counter cant read the order list.
