Bad experience. Upsell after upsell. I pay money to relax. Not pay money to get pressured by your sales staff. After finish the $2k plus package. I will not ever step into that shop again.

TLDR; Terrible service, poor haircut quality, questionable hygiene, would not patronise again, neither can I recommend this place.
I patronised this place because my favourite salon, New Hairstory, had relocated from Toa Payoh to Ang Mo Kio.
First time round, the hairdresser didn't trim my hair close enough when I asked for a no. 1 or buzz cut around my sides and back. The haircut was also uneven.
Second time round, I brought my wife along to closely inspect the haircut. She spotted that the back was unevenly cut, so that the hairdresser rectified on the spot. When the drape was removed after the hair cut, we realised that it had left stains on my shirt! Whether these are dye or oil stains, I don't know, but even after using stain remover, the stains are still present (photo after sending the shirt through laundry).
The hygiene of the salon is questionable - hairs all over the counter tops.
Staff appear disinterested and unfriendly. I regret buying a $10 membership but won't patronise this salon again.
For a hair salon, a standard male haircut should be an easy thing to do without any additional complications as leaving stains on one's shirt.
I took the trouble to post this review so that other people can learn from my mistakes. Thanks for reading.

Cheap and good $5 hair cut. Good job by Ah Hai. Worth a membership if you live around TPY.
