I liked this place for its music accessories. I was looking for a shock mount for one of my condenser mics as well as speaker cables. These are hard to find where I live, even online and in the big guitar stores. These guys had exactly what I was looking for. They even gave me options for a no-brand, OEM shock mount, which I ended up purchasing. Fits perfectly.

Spent $100 on guitar adjustment and change of string (being advised to do so), only to find my martin guitar was worse off than before. Dont want to play any more. What a waste of money! Their attitude are nice but are not professional and objective.

Brought a really beat up acoustic bass I just acquired second hand in to the store in desperation.
Needed it for a set tonight, asked for help, boss personally tended to it, it’s good as new now!
Extremely cost effective (as long as your not a kiam siap person and appreciate quality).

Excellent place to setup your guitar. Boss was kind enough to accomodate all my adjustment requests even though i was very particular on my setup. Thank you.

This is highly recommended for Anyone who wants to setup their guitar. Just be sure to clearly and openly communicate with the personnel as to what you want especially during the setup process. The setup is based on your preferences and you need to clearly state if you are happy with the setup or not. The owner is very accomodating anyways, so you won’t expect to see any grumpy faces around.

I have had many guitars and pedals on consignment basis at Guitar Workshop. Things sell quite fast there if you have set competitive prices for your items. It worked better than Carousell, at least for me. When I visit GW, I bring my guitar along, and if I catch Francis Poh, I will ask him to play my guitar and decide if I should keep it or sell it. Hearing him play your guitar is revelation.

Extremely expensive $27 to change 6 strings on an acoustic guitar. Normally it costs $10 and I only wanted to change 1 string but they didn't allow they said they only have those that come in set. I didnt know at that time so I allowed but now I wished I haven't. Highly unreccommanded
