Dear Sir/ Madam,

I did servicing on 14 Oct 22 for Maintenance (Service B) at panda servicind centre - For Maxus G10 (MT6). Price in the list indicated S$333 but I was charged at S$537.38.

Would like to clarify why was I charged more than the price list?

Good service and attentive staff. However, they seem to be slower due to shortage of maintenance staff

As a dweller of the West, C&C Pandan has been a go to for car servicing for the last 15 years. For all its worth, the facility seem to have a low turnaround rate for its service advisors; which is a good thing. They have always exceeded expectations even though I see them only once a year. Service is efficient and quality of work good. They don't oversell and hassle to buy packages like some other workshops I won't mention. Cheers.

If you value time, seriously don't bother servicing here. Extremely slow service. Sent my car for regular normal servicing (just oil and filter change) at 830am, at 6pm and still not ready. The lobby staff was already preparing to leave work.

Outside workshops charge a quarter of the price and can have it done in less than an hour.

C&C is the first workshop I hear that needs 10hours to service your car

Drop off your car here. Go have breakfast at the nearby coffee shop. Come back to work in the lounge while you wait for your car.

I usually go to the Sin Ming service centre for regular servicing. However 1 month after servicing, my aircon broke down. So i sent to pandan gardens centre as its along the way to my workplace. Colin, the service guy was very friendly throughout. When i collected my car, i was surprised not only did they changed my fan coil and washed my car, they also made some adjustments to the revolution cycle? Such tt its so much easier and faster for my car to pick up speed! The entire driving experience was remarkably improved! Never thought they will go the extra mile to do the adjustments for me even though I'm just here to repair my aircon.will come here for future servicing.

Really need to watch out the post servicing. During my repairs work. They didn't paste the visor back. When I returned back to do my schedule servicing. They can't find the visor. But lucky for manager Ling, he managed to resolve the issues. But waste about 1 an half hour to resolve it.

A convenient location and always with ample parking slots for the customers. I think that all the staff are polite and knowledgable with their jobs. The security guards are ever ready to assist when questions asked which I have experienced it multiple times. After servicing my car, the condition of it was good and I could feel the differences. Excellent works are done. I am glad to purchase a right vehicle that services at a perfect workshop. Thanks to Cycle and Carriage. It's name will continue to bear it's popularity forever.

Super nice and clean place! Toilet is spick and span clean. Counter service staffs very courteous! All in all, good experience. GFE. Hahahaha no lah just kidding. In summary, it's all good.:)

Easy booking and hassle-free to postpone to the next servicing date. Staff are friendly and the workshop is clean and tidy. No worries about what to service at the centre due to a pre-listed servicing system are in place. The counter reception staff are polite as they serve customers respectfully.

Everything is moving very slow here. Just do tyre rotation also need to take 1 hr. Better to do from outside workshops if dont have time to spare. Computers not linked so even invoice need another dept to generate before counter can release the car to you.

I wish to convey my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Ivan Koo Hsien Ming at C&C.
I own a Kia Cerato K3. Last week i changed my handphone and wanted to re-configure it to the vehicle's apple carplay and Thinkware Cam.
Yesterday morning, I drove into lane 2 at your Pandan Gardens service centre without any prior appointment. I met Ivan Koo Hsien Ming and explained. Immediately, he called up two persons & organised the reconfiguration for both. Then, he noticed scratches over the left rear wheel. He went in and got some wax and polished it himself. While it improved, however some scratches still remained & were visible. Then, he drove the car inside and got it spray painted. All this was accomplished in about 40 minutes.
I was very happy and thanked him for his help and efficiency. I believe, persons like Ivan are an asset to any organisation. They go beyond their call of duty to attend to a customer's request. Also, i wish to commend C&C for training & motivation provided to their staff. Thank you once again.

Booked for 60 mins express service (@4: 30pm), ended up staying more than 2 hours. Requested for tyre rotation and also fuel door repair (unable to open) at the beginning, car came back with both issues not solved. Had to wait for car to be sent in again for tyre rotation. However no fuel door repair as they were not willing to take on anymore jobs after 6pm. Very lousy experience, if possible go Alexandra for servicing, much more professional there from past experiences.
