I initially had a good experience with the firm with Bernice who had been incredibly courteous and understanding. However, I was referred to Cheryl Mok, the Business Development Manager. Ms Mok had been extremely rude and disrespectful to me by addressing me by the wrong name.

She continued to do so despite the fact that I had reminded her about it, which is very unprofessional.

I’m currently separating from a Singaporean citizen overseas. I reached out to Yuen Law LLC to see whether it would be possible as foreign spouse to an order made by Singaporean Court for my ex-spouse’s assets to be disclosed. For these to be included in the matrimonial pool so that the assets can be distributed fairly.
The office responded on the day I send an initial enquiry and Bernice organised a zoom call the same week.

An open and no-nonsense approach, keeping in mind cost, time and even thinking beyond my initial enquiry. Should my matter escalate, I would have no reservation to use Mr Lim as my lawyer in the future.

I called Yuen Law as I needed some contract advice. Intention was to connect to someone so I could send in the contract and have them review it to a deadline. All they could suggest was to send it to their enquiry email and no idea when I would get a response. So not very useful really.

Mr Lim and Si Xuan has been very helpful during the whole LOA application process, it was difficult moment and hectic for our family but we managed to get the LOA done without much difficulties as I have a minor involved. They also always very supportive in trying to minimised their client expenses, totally recommended.
