Encountered a problem where I couldn’t receive my OTP and was prompty assisted by a very polite staff named Mona. Got my problem resolved within 2-3 working days and I have to say I’m very delighted with the customer support provided:)

Unable to transfer out my funds from XFERS. Able to login using 2FA but unable to transfer funds using 2FA.
