Senior director Shinji was just incredible, he have a great eye for what suits me. His attention to detail is impressive as well resulting in me leaving his styling chair feeling confident all the time.

Ps. He is not just a stylist but an artist.

Highly Recommend! After reading the reviews I make an online appointment with Shinji for hair rebonding and I am happy with the result and with their service. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. Shinji is very polite and friendly. I am definitely going to visit this place again.

The stylists do a good job with my kids’ hair and provide a pampering attentive session. Hair wash is super relaxing and the iced chocolate drink is always a bonus!

This is my first time to try this salon. Honest review. The place is very cozy and clean. Smell nice (no smell of chemicals). You will know the place is been taken care of. Service is superb. From receptionist they will welcome you and will offer you an complimentary drink. They will check for your booking fast. Your stylist will welcome you then will guide you to their workplace. Kudos to my stylist IVAN. He did what I want in my hair. So far this salon has great things to offer. Kudos to the team. Job well done

Great ambience and service. They are able to provide privacy screen if you are wearing tudung. Nicole is amazing. She took her time to explain the process and cost in detail.

Director cut no good like cheap housing auntie doing haircut. Color black although ask to pick dark brown. Feels yucky no styling whatsoever.

The kroffle is crispy even when it is cold.
I tried corn cheese and chocolate kroffle and both are nice and flavourful.
Will return for the kroffle buffet.
My niece like the prawn toast and corn cheese kroffle as well.
First time tried coffee with ginseng.
There are slices ginseng inside ginseng cappuccino as well.

It was my first time visiting WOS & my experience at the salon was absolutely fun and amazing! Super thankful for Zac, my stylist & Prince for being so accommodative & attentive. Zac went above and beyond to provide me with a hair makeover which I really love. He colored, cut & styled my hair based on the shape of my face and features. I’ve received tons of compliments from people around me ever since my hair was done! I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a professional hair styling experience. Thanks Zac & Prince!

Food and drinks were superb. Ambience was nice. Cafe was beautifully designed. And we loved Paula. She made our stay enjoyable. Definitely coming back here again.

The first 2 is the reference photos of the hair I want, the last two is the hair I do. For the perm it cost about $650, overall the salon has a really nice environment and stylist ️

Had my hair cut by Nikk ever since he was stationed in Cote mi nam, and I really appreciate his attention to details for every hair cut session. He has been the most consistent hair stylist I've had and I would definitely look for him again to help me manage my hair.

Got my hair done at the salon today by Cherry and her 2 lovely assistants (didn’t managed to get their names). Cherry was what I expected through the reviews I saw given to her. So glad I took the bet and waited for her after a thorough research, cause she were on leave for about 1 or 2 weeks. I really love how easy going of her and giving me the assurance that if the treatment result didn’t turned out as it is I can always go back to her for free. This is because I went Leekaja the previous time and I did felt a little cheated as the treatment didn’t turned out to be like what was raved by many 1 week later so I was a little skeptical to try again.

Thanks for doing my hair and thanks for having a great chat with a super introvert like me. Hahaha. Will definitely go back to Cherry again as long as she works here! ️

Also, if I can get the names of the 2 lovely assistant here that would be great too! Thanks for the hearty chat even though you were going to have a late lunch due to my hair treatment. I never felt so comfortable with the hair stylists assistant before tbh, in any hair salon I’ve ever been to. So kudos to them even though they are much less recognised for their work compared to the hair stylists! ️

Not to mention the people really made a difference in how I felt as a customer. I had a senior director at Leekaja and had all the dessert and drinks served (pre-covid), but I didn’t felt as satisfied as I was today with the expectation I had. But Cherry and her assistant made me felt different, I had the free manicure service as well since they can’t serve drinks and food now due to covid-19 but this wasn’t what made the experience special, it’s the people.

If you are a claustrophobic person, you will love this spacious place with visual treats of greenery while having your hair done

Reviews here turned out to be true! Very professional when it comes to handling my hair and the food is very good too. Will definitely be back!

Location is a bit hard to find, suggest taking the glass lifts in Orchard Central directly to level 3 and you should see the place once you get out of the lifts.

Prices were pretty high and portions weren't a lot but taste was good. The Beef Bulgogi Cream Fettuccine and Garlic Butter Prawn Pizza which I ordered were delicious. The Kroffle is nothing to rave about, tastes exactly like how one would imagine.

Service was so-so, I think most of their service staff were student part-timers so they probably weren't as well trained in F&B service.

One more thing to note, we were sat quite closely to the next table. It was definitely less than the stipulated 1metre for safe distancing. Hope the restaurant staff pay more attention to this.

A cafe and hair saloon in one. Interesting place with beautiful ambience. They also had an art jamming section when I was there. I enjoyed the Iberico Pork Jowl I ordered. Menu has interesting looking options. Will certainly return to try their other offerings.

Great atmosphere but the waiting time was kinda long! (Expected given the weekend) but really great thumbs up to Paula and her team! A lot of times, it is the service that brings up the experience. What a gem this team is!
