Vibratone Academy

I tried to get my guitar serviced from them, however communication was lacking and i did not get what I wanted.

I wanted to get my guitar worked on, with full servicing and cleaning. When I got my guitar back, they claimed the pickups weren't working and recommended me to get it checked out elsewhere. Turns out the pickups weren't even plugged in. Had to pay an extra $40 for that.

This only makes me feel like they did a poor check up on my guitar. I feel like they should have reached out to me more so that I could know what was going on.

I got back the guitar unstrung and they refunded $20 for it. But no i did not want my guitar back, unstrung.bad communication.so they put me on this wait list to november.

It is now 12 november and they left me unread. Great service guys.

Starting my music journey with vibratone academy is certainly the best choice i have ever made. As an adult learner with no prior music knowledge/background, i was worried that i could not cope well. However, teacher ember made my learning process a very pleasant one, with her professionalism and patience. Not forgetting her constant encouragement which definitely boost my confidence level in piano. Turn out, i was able to learn way faster than expected. Keep it up, vibratone academy! You guys are the best!

The teaching staff are very kind and patient towards the students and the instruments used for teaching is all nice and well maintained.

It's been now almost two months that I've been learning how to play the guitar. Teacher Sulaiman is very patient and takes time to explain the theory. He is also very flexible in terms of how and what I want to learn, which is great! Atmosphere at school is super nice, folks are really friendly and helpful my husband started learning piano at the school and is also enjoying it a lot!

Been learning violin from teacher Wesley for a month now, and I will highly recommend him especially for beginner student. I don't have any music background beforehand, and yet he's very patient in teaching! Plus point that he actually thinks of way to help me get familiarised to the right posture as well as hand and fingers placement to play the instrument correctly.

The front desk staffs are very friendly as well. Overall, it is a good environment for learning.

Shout out to teacher Wesley for being patient with me. Really enjoyable experience learning violin with him. Highly recommended to try out Vibratone. =)

Teacher Shawn teaches music theory effectively and provides excellent coaching during practical work.

My previous mistake were corrected n. It is good to hv an one to one coaching. Teachers n Staffs are ready to help

Teacher Adam is nice and professional. Very dedicated to his craft. My son has thoroughly benefited from attending lessons here.

Teacher Wesley have been very patient in guiding me through music theory and piano lessons. I feel very confident in working my way into Berkeley college of music.

I have been learning drums from here for 4 years now, the learning experience has been very fun and efficient. The teachers are very encouraging. 10/10 would recommend!
