This is a fairly small cafe and there’s a dinning limit of 70 mins. I visited on a sat evening and it wasn’t as crowded as I had imagined? There was no queue when I left at 7.30, approaching 8pm.

The presentation of the food were nice! I got an egg scrambled croissant and buckwheat pancake to share. The egg scrambled croissant was average but still nice. Buckwheat pancake has an interesting flavour, sweet and savoury. I fancy it but not my friend!

The burrata with pesto is good, the beef cheeks taste a little like the Chinese beef stew. Pasta was not bad too. A must order is their toast.

Beautiful breakfast with elevated flavours, loved the roaring, mushrooms and harissa chicken sausages

This shop is a crowded shop. It is recommended that you make a reservation because if Walkin you have to wait to see if you will get a table or not. Or you have to wait about 40 minutes to 1 hour.delicious food But it comes in a rather large size, suitable for us. If you want to order food, you may have to estimate the quantity carefully.

The staff provide good service. Recommending food What do we want to eat and what kind do we like?

The soft poached eggs and smoked salmon combo is so great. Plus, the cafe's ambiance is so inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a delightful brunch. Highly recommended!

Good to make reservations as this place can be crowded. We went on a Saturday morning and it was full house!

Big brekky was good for someone with a good appetite. It comes with crispy rosti which I liked. Baked beans and salad were just there to fill the plate. Poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and mushrooms were good.

The populas scramble (deluxe - additional $6. Comes with lobster bisque & crab meat scramble.). It is worth ordering the deluxe if you want something more than your usual plain scramble. Croissant wasn't the best but good enough. Portion is also big.

For drinks, we ordered 2 iced white (balanced). 1 with toffee nut and 1 with caramel flavour. The toffee nut one was really good! Better than the caramel one.

Overall food is good. Don't expect anything fancy. Table can be small as I believe they want to cater to more crowd.

One of the best cafes in Singapore with a wide selection of food and drinks that come with unique touches. For something healthy yet filling, try one of their grain bowls. I thought the pork chop could be just a little bit more moist as it was a thick slab. The cumin-spiced spring onion and corn pancake that comes with the fried chicken may not suit all tastebuds. Hard to go wrong with sweet potato fries which are dangerously addictive.

For desserts, get their signature soft serve on waffle along with a choice of coffee that includes cold brews, espresso-based drinks and filtered brews with your choice of beans. Coffees here are excellent as is to be expected from a wholesale roaster with several accolades. If you love matcha, try the matcha latte which feels unsweetened and likely uses good quality matcha.

Only gripe is the closely arranged tables that leaves you with little personal space.

Not as fantantic as what others had reviewed. I had big brekky bkf that i find it too oily and hollandaise cream too rich for 2 poach eggs. Sausage is dry and taste below average too. However my bf had seafood linguine which is more recommended. 4 scallops and crabmeat in it. Lastly before we are about to leave. They serve some burgers to the table beside us that smells like 臭豆腐! and we quickly left.

Awesome ambience and great food and drinks. First time I visited this place was in January 2018. Their coffee is smooth and great. Would recommend getting their cold chocolate drinks instead of the hot chocolate drinks, just because they taste better and less bitter in my opinion (unless that is your cup of tea). Their buckwheat pancakes are amazing! It’s so filling that I would honestly recommend 2 people to share it. (trust me on this one if you have a small appetite).

Second time I visited this place was October 2018. Great tasty food as usual (see the pictures). Seafood linguine was recommended on the menu but it was okay, nothing too special about it.

Definitely a very pricey cafe if you’re coming here to buy a drink and a main course. But it’s worth the experience.

Came here with a friend. The decor is clean and what one would usually expect from such a cafe. I had the roasted cod and soba salad - would have liked the noodles to be firmer, and flavours to be bolder. Drinks (we got the tea and juice) were pricey.

I would have liked to check out the cakes if I come back.

+ The food was amazing! I order roasted chicken grain rice and I just can’t believe how great it smell when it arrived and how aesthetic it was. What’s more, it tasted heavenly! Bet every other food there is made with such quality and dedication.
- only downside was i wish they put a little more chicken:)

+ interior was so beautiful as well.the lights were yellow-orange and had the cafe feel, but the lights are not so dark like other cafes! Loved it so much:)
- but because it’s such a all rounded cafe, it was pretty packed and crowded.but i personally prefer very quiet cafes for chilling and populus wasnt quite there but everything else was beautiful!

Great, hearty cafe food but service leaves much to be desired. But then again, that seems to be a problem with almost all local F&B outlets in SG due to staffing issues so I won't hold it against them or anyone.:)

Ambience is great, stylishly designed. Music is relaxing, and there aren't noisy crowds overall.
Visited in a Sunday afternoon. Food presentation and taste are beyond my expection. The side bread is so crispy outside and soft inside, where you could see the attention in the details from the restaurant. Definitely recommending to my friends for any gathering.

Been a couple of times and still enjoying it. Their grain bowls are pretty good. I had the Cod & Leek dish and loved it. Also had the spring onion pancake and chicken before, and that was yummy.

Not the run of the mill cafe brunch food.their tuscan lamb shoulder is very well done - well balanced in flavours with their tomato base present but not overpowering, blending well with their greek yogurt and pine nuts.if you have a sweet tooth and yet yearn for hot cup of coffee drink, their vanilla flavoured mocha was great too.the paris moonlight tea was refreshing and calming, something like eary grey but different.pretty good option as a unique alternative.their lobster pasta was just okay.ordinary and their base too overpowering.great ambiance.good service.but perhaps a little too pricey.

Not too far away from either a carpark and public transport stops. Once you step in, you may feel at ease as the ambience and lighting are great. Most of the time from my visits, I came during off peak hours hence immediately got a seat. Staff were friendly and attentive. Water was served before food was ordered. Both occasions were desserts and ordered their seasonal ice cream. It was beautifully made, and the taste was spectacular. The flavours were mixed just right even though it was an ice cream. Never fails to amaze me.

Great food, great services and wide choice of beverages selection. If not for the review by others, I wouldn't know this place exist. Nice ambient with great food, seriously not sure what else I can ask for. Highly recommended.

Pretty cafe. Nice and cosy atmosphere though seems to be always busy. Coffee is okay. Service is great and they have an automated queueing system so it helps make things easier. Table service and refills of water are appreciated. Prices are on the higher side though, and with the spaces available more suitable for small groups unless you make early reservations. Still work a try if you are nearby.

Smart looking cafe with great grain bowls and coffee. The portions are decent and prices are reasonable. I was also very pleased with the variety making this a go to canteen you can visit often.

Excellent coffee, smooth, velvet and chocolate with a hint of fruity cherries, the mouthful goodness. 2 degrees beans used which I believe is roasted in singapore, but the way they make the coffee here is on point, no awful after-taste to it.

Breakfast food is about S$60 to $70 dollars (nett) for 2 people which includes the meal and a coffee each. The food was good but nothing exceptional. Comparing to the standard Australian breakfast Cafe food it is on par with a slight singaz tang to it.

Would come back for the coffee. Only do the food if in the area.
