Horrible service. Called them to enquire about room availability and the staff was very dismissive. Subsequently, they wouldn’t even pick up my call. Terrible customer service, in the end I had to go to another outlet.

Good for short (2hours) periods of singing, but very easily fully booked so it's hard to extend booking periods.

Clean rooms with air purifier. Sound is normal. Music choices quite good. It's just a hard to navigate karaoke system.

Not a restaurant, so can't rate the food. KTV rate is very affordable, but system is a bit difficult to use when finding songs.

New to the song selection system. Staff is not helpful and did not want to help especially the 2 guys at counter. Wasted my money as unable to get songs selected. Will not come again

Worst KTV experience.

Called in the morning to book a slot for 6-8pm. Arrived at 5: 30pm and paid for the slot. Went to check if we can go in at 5: 50pm, was asked to wait. Went to check again at 5: 55pm and was told to wait for 7 more minute. At this point, there was a lot of people waiting outside and were also denied entry as the room is still occupied. Thereafter, went to check again at 6: 05pm and was gaslighted by the staff.

Teo Heng has always been affordable KTV. But I prefer to go Cash studio or Kstar as Teo Heng sound system sucks last time. Now they have really significantly improved their sounds system compared to before COVID days. Highly recommended!

Not inviting and as the thought of singing already felt exhausting with the mask on as regulations are now open up. So instead of going in without our masks, we called in after we walk pass the branch. Asking on the phone if need to wear mask as we thought its an old notice unremoved. So the lady on the phone couldnt speak english and had to pass to one of us to speak Chinese. Then all she said was cannot ask her this question if must wear mask. Sounded abit sarcastic and say they will say yes without any explanation as we are not aware that its compulsory to wear mask unless healthcare or public transport.

Also the service staff are very assumptions and judgemental when asking questions about how the booking go about. When we ask about the rate is it for an hour or 2 hours. The guy kept questioning back that we should know this. Didn't come ktv before meh? Quite surprised the staff not being inclusive and judgemental. Tonality and way of answering weren't courteous.

Ok so we booked a room at 2-4pm.we reached around 1: 57pm? So by the time we were walking to our room it was 2pm but there were still people in our assigned room so we were told to wait and they said the time countdown wouldn't start until they left the room. By the time they left the room it was around 2: 03-2: 05? So by right our ktv time should end at around 4: 05pm right? No they decided to end our timing at 3: 55 which was 10 mins before 2 hours so how was it fair for us?
they even kept insisting that it wasn't their fault and they even said we started at 1: 59pm? I was so confused lol at this point of time i didnt even bother to argue anymore and just left the place.

As good as ever - kudos to Teo Heng for holding on and hanging on despite the immense challenge in the past 2 years during the COVID pandemic!
Unfortunately, the rebound pent-up demand means early reservation (preferably at least 3 weeks ahead for popular timeslots on weekends at popular outlets such as Suntec City) is absolutely necessary! Another slight bummer: masks have to be kept on for singing. While understandable in an ongoing pandemic, it simply curtails the experience a bit.

Finally, the mics for the large room which I had been assigned did not quite charge properly, so they kept going flat despite requesting for a replacement once during our 3-hr slot.

Service was so unslay that i want to give a zero star but cant.they ended our session like 10 mins before and said that its our fault? We went in arnd 1: 57 pm and our karaoke session is supposed to start at 2 but when we went to our room, there was another group inside and the staff told us that we have to wait for them to finish singing so we waited.by the time they were done and the staff finish cleaning it was already like 2: 05? But they ended our session at 3: 55 and told us that we started at 1: 59 when we didnt cos we only went in after 2.they keep telling us that we were late but we were waiting for the other group to come out.when we told them about this they keep denying and wanted to gaslight us into thinking that we went in early when we clearly went in at 2: 05.knn yall better do smth about ur staffs

We were early but still got checked in a few minutes late and didnt get the time compensated to us at the end of our session because the next group has reached.not all your latest songs would be available too, but overall a good place to just have fun w your friends:)

Terrible booking experience, I called this outlet to book and this man had zero manners, rushing to hang up the phone, getting irritated. Teoheng, please create an app for booking so customers don't have to be on the call with these kind of people. I'd rather pay 2x more with other nearby KTV than ever patronising this outlet.

For a competitive price, it's alright. Small rooms, but cheap prices as compared to other places in SG. If you split it between 4-5 people, it's worth. Do remember to do your bookings in advance, there's always almost no space for walk-ins.

As for singing, you're supposed to wear a mask and sing, but who cares really? Just place a drink or food at the table and you're set.

If you're looking for a spacious room, with free flow food and drinks at a fraction of the price which many reviewers here seem to have (this is Singapore for god sake haha), just ignore this place and head over to Malaysia.

Previous session ran overtime and cleaning took awhile. No compensation for time owed. Other than that, just glad we can karaoke again.

Texted teoheng that we will be late and cut short the hours that we booked. Lady on the call ask to confirm the slot thrice THREE TIMES I said it is CONFIRM as we are otw there. When we reached, the staff just mention that our slot is cancelled as i didn’t pick up the call. I was so confused as I didn’t see this coming. Just because of a call.the slot is cancelled? When I just confirm verbally with literally the same person? It was my wrong I didn’t answer the call as the number is unknown but still?

And I don’t use WhatsApp often hence did not see the confirmation and was not informed by the lady about that as well when I spoke to her and confirm with her THREE TIMES verbally. There are so many loops holes in this service!

IT WAS A SLOT I BOOKED 1.5 weeks ago and Left with having to change our plans last min and not being to enjoy the long awaited session that I THOUGHT I MANAGED TO SECURE. I think you guys need a UX designer to plan out ur service flow.

I was here with my colleagues and it was great fun after being unable to hang out at KTVs for a long time due to the pandemic. I'm glad that everything is starting to go back to what they were before.
