So Sorry I have bad shopping experience I'm tang member aslo and have good mood to choose gifts for new born baby, tang's promoter the near baby care hegen is very rude and unprofessional。
When we ask her to help.she replied 你要买的没有？. What the service standards due

Had a wonderful experience being served by Angeline Ong at the Hugo Boss perfumes section. She was very informative and even went the extra mile to introduce me with an excellent perfume. + for her.

My Family And I had a fruitful and wonderful experience here. Ho Mei Ling, the staff at the cashier counter and the promoter, Lina (i think) from Neoflam made our day with their fantastic services, knowldege and friendliness. Definitely will come back to look for them if have anything to buy. Cheerios!

Well organized but tight walkways especially at the upper level. Prices are normal unless it's rebates day.

Merchandise is old-fashioned and the place is filled with promoters that only push their brand.

The shop assistants are not trained well. They only repeat some basic nonsense, definitely unqualified to compare information and products

This is the icon of shopping in the early days in Spore. Today it has transformed into a shopping centre which carry quality goods. Good range of products that carry.

Got our zwiling chopping board at very good price. Always love to come Tangs but prices need to stay competitive

SPECIAL RECOGNITION absolutely must go out to my new friends DEE DEE, NASUHA AND KEN CHIN. I was in the market for a really nice tie and had the pleasure of being assisted by these exemplary employees.the time and attention which was given allowed me to happily purchase over a dozen ties in the end.and I absolutely had the best time buying ties EVER! Any and all questions I had were quickly addressed which allowed me to finish all my tie shopping at once.the quality of the ties were amazing.the prices were well within reason.would so come back here!

Although it's much smaller in size. The vibrancy of CK Tang style of operations and display serves us well.

Found this store quiet interesting. Has everything a department store normally sells with a few unique singapore items. Very easy to wander around, worth a visit.

Visited Tangs vivo city and the staff were pretty friendly and everything went smoothly. Love the ppl at the customer service too!:)

Staff are courteous and helpful with our purchases! They are patient with explaining the various promotions and discounts available. Will definitely return!

Customer Service was very helpful in helping me solved my membership issues after no NRIC. The cashiers usually do not know how to help me with my rebates n points as cannot seem to check my membership details till last Sat when I chanced upon the Tangs customer service counter in Vivo City n Yes, they helped me download the Tangs app n retrieved my details. Thank you.

Everything you need for gifts is here and best part is they offer tax refunds to tourists. Just make sure you bring your passport to avail of the refund.

Tangs also offers branded items and accessories at discounted prices and constant sales. Make sure to drop by Tangs when you hit Vivocity.

Perfect place if you are looking for skin care and make up.
All the staff speak singlish, English and mandarin well.

Yesterday I was at Tangs Vivo outlet and to my displeasure, I was at your department store trying on some clothes in the fitting room and overheard a conversation between a supervisor and a young sales employee. When I came out of the fitting room, I saw an Indian lady who seem to be the supervisor lecturing an employee loudly, shaming her in the open in public! She was extremely unprofessional, lecturing the employee about her hair color and asking her to leave immediately.
This is unacceptable as you yourself is in the service line, and here you are screaming at your staff in public. Shame on you.
In this age and era, no one (at least not me) condemns or discriminates anyone with colored hair. If you can’t accept it, at least go somewhere more discreet and talk to your staff nicely. Shame on Tangs to have such a poor-behavioured staff. That is not a nice way to treat an employee and the customers around as well. This is a very unpleasant Christmas shopping experience at Tangs.

Good place to visit in Singapore, if your an Aussie, this is in between a Myers and David Jones

At least $87 to utilize the membership card is a bit high. Spent over $200 for a nice blazer and now told that this purchase will not give me any rebate as the card now would be reactivated. It's like telling me not to become a member

Often has new items. Membership has great benefits too. Can be a bit pricey but pair it with membership and it can be a decent deal.
