76Sent my car for servicing today and was greeted by Mr Ernesto. He provided excellent service, advice and help. Shortly after leaving the service centre, we realised that we had left our phone in our car. We made a trip back and Mr Ernesto swiftly helped us to locate our car and assisted us to find our phone. Throughout the period of servicing, he updated us of the need to replace the battery and the estimated time our car will be ready for collection. He even helped us to save money by advising us the best method of payment. Thank you, Mr Ernesto.
Know Mr Law Lien Wei for years at Pandan Crescent Service Centre (Suzuki). He is my service advisor and was always so friendly and helpful with my service needs. He always try ways to explain to me what is the problem that exists with my vehicle. Thank you so much for his patience and fantastic service!
Today 26/10 at the service centre was Mr Ernesto; service advisor. He was very attentive and efficient and explained everything to me. Highly recommended. Suzuki everyone here is great!
Mr Ernesto has been very helpful. My car cannot start that morning. I telephoned to Suzuki, and Mr Ernesto instructed how to get tow truck to bring my vehicle to Suzuki Pandan for repair. The repair was successful and I could get my car up and running!
Somehow no connect as we buy car from Champion motors what’s the thing they provide additional or home sense, bought car and i go anywhere i get the same service … something missing.those bought from your showroom.no connect at all.once in a while customer need package or customer service.i feel like one in million not one of the customer … dunno why.feel like expressing

Dear fellow Suzuki owners and fans,
This morning i dropped off my Swift Sport at Pandan Service Centre at 9am. While waiting for the 1030am free shuttle to Buona Vista MRT station, to my pleasant surprise, Service Advisor Mr Law Lien Wei notified me in a very timely manner that my car was almost ready for collection. This saved me the trouble of leaving the service centre and only to make another trip by public transport to pick my car up later in the evening.
Since I bought the car about 8 months ago, I have met Mr Law thrice, bringing in the car for regular servicing and once a recall. His technical knowledge of my car is vast. His service is meticulous to safeguard his client's interests and always courteous.
When the car was ready at about 1020am, both the Suzuki service advisors had stepped away from their desks. So I asked a Toyota service advisor to help me page for Mr Law. Within less than 3 minutes, he rushed back to his desk from his breakfast break, with a unfinished packet of kopi-O, to serve me.
I congratulate Champion Motors for having such an excellent staffer on its after-sales support team!
