I wish they trained the staff better. I thought it was pretty good, so I went there and then they insulted me in front of me! Do I eat for free? I started the morning by almost ordering two things and drinking coffee, but today was a really bad day. I don't think I'll ever go again. I went because it was close to my house. I guess I'll just buy something near my work!
This morning the Chinese chicken listened to me carefully!
But that fat woman told me not to listen. I don’t know why I’m working!

I love how nice the staff is here. Nancy is particularly always looking out for her customers. Always super courteous and serves with a smile. Off all the subway shops in SG this is my fav place to come. The veggies are diced nicely too. And you always get a decent serving of veggies! I have also noticed Nancy keeps a track of what we take usually and confirms before us even asking for it. Goes to show the customer service is really important to this branch.

It is shocking to see their staff in Dawson place shows totally different attitude to different customers. They will only smile and grate to any mo, and show stinky face to others. It is year 2023, and they still fell they are ang mo’s servant, I don’t eat subway much, not sure if this is happened here only or this is subway’s culture, anyway it is disgusting

Today got serve by friendly staff! I asked for extra olives and the ingredients were generous. No complains at all. The Q line was forming up after I got my chix teriyaki loaf.

Was a regular customer here half year ago, when a Indian young dude was serving at the counter. He provided very good service. Ever since he left, service standard dropped drastically.

This slim middle aged lady (Looks Vietnamese/Filipino to me) at the counter would add in the wrong veg/sauce right after you told her not to. She didn’t bother to speak one extra word to confirm your order and of course she got that indifferent look on her face as if you own her money.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself with an early dinner of Subway Chicken Poloni Mushroom sandwich meal.

Always enjoyed subway breakfast. But this outlet, hash browns were very dry, flat white tasted awful. Pls keep the standard up like countless other outlets. Staffs were courteous thou.

It’s really poor service and they are not generous with the vegetables at all. Subway at Anchorpoint is definitely better and cheaper!

I am a regular at this outlet, visiting a few times a week, mostly during dinner as it is less crowded compared to lunchtime. Service here is good. The Filipino male server and some others are very friendly and would often greet customers warmly. My experience here has been pleasant. Staff would also oblige when I want extra veggies and toppings.

I think they can improve by wiping the tables when it is dirty. Sometimes it is not cleaned. I would try different items on the menu. Sometimes I encountered new staff who may charge wrongly for set or soup add on, but I would highlight.

Poor service. Rude and lazy staff. Didn't want to serve although store is still open. Restaurant looks dark and dirty. Food doesn't seem fresh. Would not recommend.

Customer service can be improved. Due to Covid situation the staff told me this outlet revised their closing time to 9pm instead of 10pm. I went in on 18 Aug slightly before 855pm - store grills are not down yet - and a staff who's in the midst of wrapping a customer's sandwich waved her hand dismissively upon seeing me and said "no more we are closed already". The ingredients were there, and I can understand if say, they have shut down the ovens and no more heating can be done. The least they could offer is to serve their customer with whatever ingredients available on the counter.

To completely turn down a customer before their official closing hours is plain rude and inappropriate for a franchise business like Subway. I mean this is not like running of a coffeeshop. I would expect fast food chains to have more reliable operational hours and not let the staff decide the closing time at their whim and fancy.

Disappointing and hope it can be improved.

Had been a semi regular for years and some of the staff are familiar with my regular choices. It's a convenient place for a subway branch since food options are quite limited in Dawson Place.

I wouldn’t go back to this place. I ordered BLT for take away and I can’t find bacon in my sub while I was having it. Or is it true their bacon size is too miserable to taste. The server also asked what vege I want for BLT. If you want a proper BLT this is not the place.

The staff are horrible and nasty. They took my order wrongly and when have to redo it.they do it so unwillingly and angrily. Never even ask my second choice of sauce and wrap it up.
Extremely impatient and the worse subway to go to! Never go there!

Was served today by a lady with a large mole on her right cheek and a malay gentleman. The malay lady was walking around the establishment with her mask pulled down to her chin, both workers were talking loudly in malay while preparing food and while patrons ate, overall had a bad experience eating there especially with the lack of hygiene control during the covid outbreak

Be aware of malay auntie staff! She is not friendly and rude with sour face all the time! Not return to this outlet anymore bcoz of her!

I have been visiting this outlet very often. In my past two visits I was very disappointed with the service and attitude from a new staff (tall malay man). He is not suited to work in the service industry if he doesn't want to serve a customer with a professional attitude. When I made a request he made negative and rude remarks to the other staff in front of me.

Late night around 9 they are usually out of breads so you have to chose from the ones which they have in stock. The sandwiches are good, especially the tuna and steak and meat
