Office building, convineant location, great facility and connectivity to locals stores, malls, dinning options.

Stan Chart employees office + ATM. You can diposite money through ATM that is good thing. Also food option available.

Nice design building, very spacious, very modern. Only came here because I hear they have a nice canteen with good food, but the choices are limited to just Chinese food, Indian food and healthy wraps. Still a good option, though

Nice cafe and great meeting rooms. Also got good aminities around, one of the best places to work.

There is really nothing here. The ATM Works fine. Crowded With gloomy workers at the staff canteen.

Can’t complain if compared to 10 years ago but with the number of building increased, more food places needed.

This building is hosts Standard Chartered Bank operations. This building is code named CBP1 and is located at 7 Changi business park cresent. Adjacent building to this building is nick named CBP2 also used by Standard Chartered Bank. There are no other published tenants in this building. Canteen in this building is in Level 1 and can be accessed by general public during office hours. Western, Chinese and Indian food available in this canteen in reasonable prices and reasonably good ambience.

Building is not very old but amenities are failing, especially the lift. It fails often. Plus point that all toilets recently got renovated with new fittings.

I work here currently. Do note that this location is pretty inaccessible if the company stopped offering the extensive shuttle bus service for its employees.

However, with the opening of the Downtown line phase 3, it is ever so slightly more convenient.

In terms of food offerings, there are several Food courts and coffee shops in the vicinity of the office building. The only downside about it is that there are not complete shelters paths to these places so do bring an umbrella if it looks like it’s about to rain.

Great company with great work-life-balance. Free shuttle services available for company staffs. The cafeteria have enough options at reasonable price and taste. Building is kinda aged but renovation is in progress.
