Poor workmanship, under one of my motor insurance Authorised workshop for Windscreen repair. After replacement of my windscreen, I noticed my Front dashcam got a permenant stain/ burnt mark, feedback to the staff. They claimed that it was already there before the windscreen replacement. Cables of my dashcam was just lleft exposed, position of camera was sticked slighted. They don't even bother to clean the windscreen after re-stick the dashcam. They don't even bother to clean the new windscreen, full of glue marks and fingerorints. Will never go back again.

Would like to commend Jocelyn Tan for her professional approach. She help me filed an accident report, insurance claim in a jiffy. Than she also kept me updated on the progress of the repair on my car. No requests were too difficult for her, within her company rules of course. And when I told her I was going overseas, she helped to speed up the delivery of my car within a week of leaving it at the workshop. When I collected the car, the repairs looks so good that you cannot see any scars of the accident. Kudos to the crew at that workshop. Will definitely recommend this workshop to my friends, even though it is in Pioneer North!

My car had an accident two weeks ago. A car behind collided onto my car badly, pushing my car to a car in front, causing the rear and front portion of my car damage. On the second day, I reported the accident at Sng Ah Tee Motor and left my car there for repair. Sng Ah Tee Motor offered me a replacement car that gave me a lot of convenience. Really impressive of this lady Joyce Tan. When I went down to make an accident report, I was still negotiating for the private settlement. Joyce kindly offered the help to make the report first without actually submitting it and saved me an extra trip to make the report again in case my private negotiations didn’t go through.

Horrible, place. The lady attending to us is rude and the tone she speak is like she doesn't want to be there at this place. Despite not be able to fix our car. They Chuck in at the carpark for 3months minimum with no repair done at all or feedback. Only after I complain to insurance company do they bother to reply with no work done. In the end have to go to another workshop who did a fantastic job within no time. Horrible place n service.
