13Assigned as authorised workshop of Budget Direct. They handled the whole whole reporting, insurance, and repairs expertly. Not a single useless word, no oversell, no excessive waiting. Everyone knows their work and I get my car back on the 3rd day. The place is clean and organised, and efficient. Saves me lots of time. That is what motorists want. Thank you to Chris who handle my reporting, and everyone that contributes to give me a good experience in a frustrating situation as a motorist. Good job everyone. Keep it up.

My car was hit by another and was sent to this SME workshop for assessment and repair. Mr. Gary Seah was thorough in his explanation during the assessment and candid about the estimates of charges upfront. I was impressed that my car was flawlessly repaired and even the exterior and interior was given a good sprucing up. IMO, Gary is both professional and extremely courteous. I highly recommend him! Thank you Gary.
Worst services and attitudes i ever met! Claiming for self damage vehicle repair under Allianz Insurance Authorised workshop. My car took 2.5 months to get fixed. Car damage on left front bumper and headlights not damaging any parts of my engine. I will never get this insurance anymore and never send my car for this workshop too. Insurance company dont interfere at all. What the heck? !? ! My car sent for repair at mid Dec 2022, but only be able to collect my car fully fixed at the end of Feb 2023.
I will not recommend this workshop for repair or servicing or even accident claims.my car was met with accident and reporting was made on Monday. I have loss of car use for 4 days before i am able to get my replacement car.during car collection, I was not given any loss of use claim and the repair work is sub-standard! Go at your own risk and i will never go back again.
Recent hv an accident doing third party claim to report. Jus need do reporting as I going to give my own trusted workshop do the repair, they told me I can't do that. Called the insurance company & was told I can jus do reporting over there. After told them I called the insurance company, then they say will proceed with me do reporting. But make me wait for at least 30min with no customer in the workshop. Bad attitude & service. Hope insurance companies can do some investigation & take action.
Service was fast, efficient and hassle-free. Would like to thank Gary who attended to me. He gave a detailed explanation of the process involved and handled my case well. My car was as good as new!

I was at SME Workshop for a minor repair due to an accident. SME Motor workshop is an authourised workshop of AXA. I like to commend on the service rendered by Gary Seah. He was patient to explain to me on the damaged parts to be replaced and when I collected the car it was found that the replacements were all done. He even kept to the date agreed for collection to minimise my inconveniences without compromising on the quality of work done. He assured that only genuine parts are used and was quick to alert me to my worn out battery to avoid possible breakdown. Good work, Gary. Hope you and your team will keep to the high standards of workmanship and the use of genuine parts for all your repairs. Integrity is hard to earn so do not lose it in this competitive trade.
