Send in sk999 gold legacy ring for 2 weeks of repair as it was bended out of shape. Ring was originally size 18 but was resized to size 17 after repair when there was no instruction given to resize.
When the ring couldn't fit during collection on 12 Jan 2024 as it was resize to 17, the staff attempt to resize the ring back to size 18 in the shop and scratches the inner surface of the ring in the process.
The staff don't even know how to handle sk999 gold legacy ring and have the ignorant to tell me scratches are normal after repair.
Kindly educate your staff how to properly handle sk999 legacy gold brought from SK and not to discredit the goldsmith.
Paid $50 for the repair and left. Extremely disappointing service.
