Updated: bought my wedding bands here, Felicia was nice and helpful till after we bought the items. When we came back to collect she did not serve us as she was busy but after that when her time was freed up, she did not bother to say hi. Additionally when my mom returned as one of her pearl earrings stud fell out, she was told she had to pay $5 to fix it despite us spending quite abit here (would have thought they could throw this in free for us). In the end my mom made a wasted trip back. The store at NEX did it for her FOC. In short, after service here isn’t great. They do provide good service till after you buy. Very realistic.
