On 04/11/23 at about 11.30am. One sales staff named Pang We Jun was very rude & crude. I have the intention of buying a gold chain. He took out a few pieces for me to see but when I said I’m looking for chain with 8gm weight & length is about 60cm. He looks very unhappy & just said no more. I thank him for his service & about to walk out of the shop, heard him saying crude remarks about me in hokkien. I then walked back to him & asked him why he make just crude remarks. He just say thank you. It is a shame that SK has such sales staff in their SK group. He didn’t even bothered to apologise for his crude & nasty remarks. I am a member & regular customer of SK for many years. This is the first & bad encounters with such Pang We Jun. His remarks to customers bring shame to SK & he didn’t uphold the standard of customer service which I believed SK had committed. His unprofessional service is shocking & very disturbing to a customer like me. Really bad luck to meet such unprofessional salesman
