Singapore Land Tower. Singapore Land Tower is a 48-storey 190 m (620 ft) skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. The tower is located at 50 Raffles Place, adjacent to Raffles Place MRT Station. It is just 100 metres away from Boat Quay and Collyer Quay. The Embassy of Germany is located on the 12th floor, Embassy of Ukraine is on the 16th floor and the Embassy of Colombia occupies the 30th floor of the building.

Singapore Land Twr located at 50 raffles place another Twr heart of the city bottom not far away from the building is Raffles Mrt inside the subway there a lot of shop many variety in the subway from dining to necessary need is also available a conviency location, crossing battery rd, behind is Singapore river and art theatre is also near by not very far from there.

Nice office building right at te Raffles Place Mrt stn. It host te CIMB bank n many shops on ground level, n a num of eateries at te basememt.

Singapore Land Tower is a 47-storey office development. It was refurbished in 2003 and stands strategically within Raffles Place. The impressive 4-storey high ceiling in the circular, glass-enclosed lobby provides an immediate sense of prestige and prominence upon arrival. It is of 3 mins sheltered walk from Raffles Place MRT interchange.

Located conveniently on Rafles Road — the main shopping area of the city — and hard to miss. At the entrance, the proud golden lions guarding the building give you a certain pampered feeling. Naturally, the main department store offers everything from A to Z, but don’t miss out on the rest of the mall. Drench yourself in books on the top floor, or explore the bottom floors filled with both fashion and food.

Great view from inside the building. Location is next to raffles place mrt exit. There is an underground link so you don't get wet when it rains.

Old office tower. With the empire club on top. Every night is havoc and rubbish on the ground floor.

Went there to visit the German Embassy on 12th Floor. It is not accessible by taxi and you might have to get down some 200-300 meters away at some taxi stop. Also, you might face issues catching taxi here.

Old building in serious need of renovation. Low ceilings, dim offices, mouldy walls, and ridiculously inconsistent car park policy which states "season parking only" but allows non-season parking too! Only thing from pushing this to a one star rating are the great rooftop bars at level 45.
