Sembawang Hills Food Centre reviews
79Nice Duck Rice, Pig Organ Soup, Nasi Lemak. Quiet and clean environment with not so many crowd. Nice place for lunch.
Nothing much to write about this place as there're only a few stalls offering good food that close after lunch hour.

Green apple + cucumber juice $3 without ice
Just moved nearby recently and visited for 1st time. But always noticed this place is pretty dead whenever I pass by on the bus. Was here weekday evening but most of the stores were closed. Only a drink stall and 4 stalls were open. That is abt 10% of all the shops. For weekday dinner? Need to do better.
Kuay teow from fshball noodle stall was very soft. The stall with pictures of lots of white fishballs.
Chwee kueh is self-made. Soft texture. Cai por not salty unlike most stalls.
Old school.nostalgic food centre. Economical price for Good quality food.
1.unique roast duck. Pipa Roast duck. Only available.in resturant
2. Braised Duck.very nice.sell.out before 1pm
3. Muslim food.cheap n good.the nasi lemak with fish (fresh), lontong n fried chicken is good
4. Popish is nice too
Plenty of food option. I had the fish ball noodle. Not bad, but I did not realise that it was popular.
A bit quiet, the Ping Kee Popiah is really nice and decently priced at $1.50 each.nice old couple running the stall.
Update 27/3
The wonton stall facing the toilet, have excellent roast duck, char siew (Hong Kong style, on the sweeter side) the wonton were excellent.
Few stalls away is an old man selling very very traditional prawn noodle soup. Very plain and simple looking but the soup is so authentic. Lots of hard work by an old man.
Have simple curry puff stall, selling freshly deep fried curry puff. The wife would be making the dough and curry, folding them for frying, husband keep frying like no more than 10 at a time, Soooo fresh and steaming hot.
As usual missed my favourite Western stall.
Must return, will return,
Returned, a bit late, but still managed to buy 3/4 of a pipa duck and some roast meat. This stall have been around for almost 40 years, speciality is his home roast pipa duck. A rare dish in this modern times.
Return and try this
There ain't many choices as the place is small, so not many stalls. It is clean though, had the Katong laksa which is good.
Caters mainly to breakfast and lunch crowd. Must try are the braised duck, kway chap and local coffee stall opposite the toilet.
At night, fewer stalls are opened.
Lovely atmosphere with a playground next to it.
Could do with a decent chicken rice or roast meat stall.
We had hokkien mee, ngoh hiang and sugar cane juice. Food is generally good here, tasy and all. Hokkien mee was great but portions were small and a little cold, having pre-fried the noodles. Hawker centre itself was small with limited seats, albeit clean and well maintained. Many stalls close early or don't open (we were there during dinner time) ; this might turn people off due to lack of selection and small size.
Been here a few times over the years.
Over the transpired years, I still cannot find good quality food here.
Quiet on Sunday evening. Nice to chill and the western Pasta & Grille and Hokkien Noddles is among the popular ones.
Oh, don't miss the refreshing coconut going at $2.50 each!
New stall, dimsum, serve up delicious Xiao long pau!
The carrot cake that my wife ordered from here was literally half cooked.not sure the shop should be doing business
An old charm…not a very big food centre but there are enough varieties for you to make your choices. Reasonable prices, clean, well ventilated and with ample parking spaces in front and at the back. First visit on 11 Jan 22 and we tried Katong Laksa, Poh Piah and Kueh Pie Tee, Chilli Pan Mian and Hokkien Mee. Will return for more delicious food.
Khoon’s Katong Laksa is not too heavy in taste, the noodles are bite size and easy to go with a spoon. Ping Kee Popiah and Kueh Pie Tee are delicious and pack with ingredients. Huey Peng Hiang Chilli Pan Mee served with lots ingredients and it taste nice too. Changi Village Fried Hokkien Mee is not too bad a choice and this is one of the crowd puller.
Need to be relatively fit as it takes abt 2.5 hrs of brisk walk to get from the carpark to the tree-top bridge & back (and this is the short-cut version!) Lots of steps, uneven surfaces & some steep climb. So i won't recommend for those 65 yrs & above or kids below 12 yrs. The actual tree top walk is short & the bridge sways underfoot. Best to wear shoes with good grip, bring a bottle of water & a change of clothes as you will really be perspiring. Saw a wild boar & monkeys whilst we were there. It was a good experience but I won't be repeating.
The hawker is clean and lots of nice food.
The braised duck rice is very nice! Try to come before 1pm.
Reasonable range of hawker available, plus a clean toilet nearby plus a water cooler to refill my bottle!
Not bad minced pork seafood soup that costs $7 with additional fish for lunch.

Fish soup, popiah and satay bee join recommended. As well as late-night fruit juice. The new Hainanese scissor curry rice has got a belachan that is an absolute killer!
