Very fast service in verifying my cert & institution! Was expecting the 15 business day turnaround time but it exceed my expectation when it was done way earlier than that especially having bad experience using other company before this. Slightly pricey but it was worth it! Highly recommended their service!

It has been 3 months and still no report from them. Only reply “please wait”. I checked with my university who replied quite fast, so I really don’t know why RMI took so much time to do the report. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

My first submission for the assessment was not successful due to an issue from their end. They refunded for that and delivered me the the reports on the second attempt. Very professional way of handling the issue. Even I was disappointed at first after the way they handled it I was happy they have contacted me to refund for the unsuccessful attempt.

I applied for the service from WES and I have not received any response for over 5 months. I still don't understand why I have to do so much work despite the fact that I pay for the service. So I decided to change my service to RMI and I was very, very happy with their quick replies, fast turnaround and kindness. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

The portal is user friendly. The verification process is so fast! Although it is stated that the verification takes 18 days on average, it took 5 days actually. Thank you:)
