Redhill Food Centre reviews
63The food is good and unique to the place. So many Must Try stalls like the Mee siam, chwee kuey, beehoon-fried chicken, white seafood beehoon, claypot curry rice. Vegetarian stalls are tasty too. Parking is bad at peak hours.
Only went there for drinks while killing time to my night work. Looks ok but malay food rather limited but I guess its normal.
Lots of food options. One of the better and more nostalgic hawker centre I have been to. Definitely got to try the Fei Zai's roast meat. Their roast meat, char siew and wantons are very substantial and delicious. Will be back to try other stalls that were not open during my visit.
Old place w many good foods. Most stalls are run by elderly ppl for past times sake. White chicken rice, satay bee Hoon, Hk roasted duck & pork, and many local foods. Good value as well.
Good value with wide variety of food. Plates and tray gets cleared up reasonably fast except during peak hours.
Conveniently located in a matured housing estate and a short walk from Redhill MRT Station. Offers a wide variety of local food at very reasonable prices. Adjacent is a wet market. There are many stalls and shops around it.
Old but the taste & choices of food available there is good. Tried the 1950th Teochew Koay Teow noodle soup who said has been selling here for 39-40 years, nice. Will come back again for other if I am around there. Also there is a wet market beside it where you can buy fresh tropical fruits there too.
Sharing nice food is a joy. Food at this hawker centre - soup, satay bee join, curry chicken, chendol, roast pork, roast duck and many other good food, can give it a try to experience it's taste cause taste bud is different.
I love ice kachang in here. They have halal food also. One of my favorite is lontong. Just beside the market.
Definitely a place to find cheap and good food. As it's non air-conditioned, it can get a little warm during noon time
Not aircon but still ok place to have lunch on wekeends.not as crowdd as other hawker place but food variety is a lot and theres a mix of noodles and rices stall. I had the local singaporean carrot cake and it was black and sweet.high recommende
There are 5 food I deem everyone should try at the hawker centre. 1. Satay Mee Hoon. 2. 华记 Chicken Ric. 3. Ah Koon Prawn Mee. 4. Teochew porridge. 5. 如意 Vegetarian Mee Hoon at the only Coffee shop there.
I stayed at Redhill Close and enjoyed eating at these foodstalls since 1970.
Quite clean and decent variety of food to choose from. However still alot of birds around and can dirty the area easily.
Great variety of foods to choose from, but table cleaning is usually slow, and the place is not the best maintained. Would recommend for cheap meals only.
Large variety of local food at affordable pricing. Particularly love the char siew wanton noodles at Fei Zai Xiang!
Tried hainanese curry rice and liked it. Only five min walking distance from the mrt. Came here during Sunday evening and found even more choices such as Hong seng curry rice. Hawker centre which is clean, bright with good ventilation
My all time favorite hawker center and market. Loved the vegetarian beehoon at a coffeeshop. Also the popiah. Must try.
Long queues would be porridge back row, chicken rice beside porridge, satay bee hoon middle row, roti prata beside kueh, economical rice back row, soya bean near satay bee hoon.
Reasonable place with varieties of food n drinks, mainly patronisd by low income or jobless people. Cleaniless could be improved.
A long list of good food with usual hawker favourites as well as less-common hawker fare. Definitely worth a visit, for locals and travellers and alike.
Photos are takeaway meals from the spinach soup stall, and the xiao long bao stall. Both were excellent even though we ate the food 2 hours after purchase, with some minimal heating up.
