Pathetic service …poor management…Awful filter coffee … especially for a south indian who is craving for a good filter coffee in Singapore this place is not the one!

Over Rated. Though unfortunately we visited on a weekend. So crowd and queue of 20 minutes at the entrance. No one bothers to help a Senior Citizen standing in the queue on the road outside. So I went across the road and sat in the temple till my turn came. The food is ok. Quantities are small. Rasam tasted like sweet sambhar. Sambhar and chuttney came in half filled katoris. With bold captions at the entrance that additional chutney and sambhar will be charged extra. Dishes came in an ad hoc manner. Dosa and coffee after 3 reminders. I couldn't believe when they said No rava dosa today. Generally everything was a put off. What is needed is plain good, quick and efficient service. I believe any suburban restaurant in Mumbai can provide better service.

Food is really good, no doubt. Amazing South Indian food. But to get a table is very slow because the place is small and gets crowded easily.

Very reasonably priced, service was fast.
My favourite is the Bun, it taste somewhat like an hum chee pang (IYKYK) and I was surprised to learn there's bananas in them.

One of the tastiest Masala Dosa I've ever had. It was more buttery than other dosa I've tried, but that was a welcome change. The vada was good too, with a very crispy outer layer. My only gripe was that it was quite pricey at $7 a Dosa.

Some real authentic Indian food so authentic that some locals here may not be used to it. One of the best thosais I’ve had in my life and probably because it’s the only authentic one

Food here is always on point. Had the idly, rava idly, sambar vada and masala dosa. But the dosa was a bit burnt (over well done) and the filter coffee was really average. Love the sambar and chutneys here for sure!

Very good vegetarian Indian cuisine. A casual restaurant and will be back if I am around the area.

No. 1 vegetarian restaurant in Singapore. Its masala dosa's taste cannot be compared with anywhere; bisibelabath, sambar vada; curd vada are all delicious food.traditional taste is being maintained

Taste good, it is of Kannadigas style cooking. The food is pricey, restaurant is clean and simple & popular south Indian type. Varieties of food option, meal is good. I ordered a poori Saagu takeout (Poori masala with mild pudina chutney), it tasted good! MTR is opposite to Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple and near by bus stop is After Farrer Park Station Exit G (Stop ID: 07211) and near to Farrer Park MRT.

Perfect taste. Was expecting the side dish a bit sweet. But it was not. So it is even better tasty.

Clearly not a child friendly restaurant, I visited the restaurant with my husband and 2 year old son. My son was sleeping on the stroller.

MTR staff asked me to keep the stroller outside the restaurant even though he knew the baby was sleeping. They simply asked me to leave the baby outside the restaurant with stroller.

Putting Tilak on your forehead doesn't make you good guy but treating the people in right way does. Expecting the staff to show some empathy towards Customer.ps: there was sign of 'No stroller inside' in front of restaurant

Compared to the one in Bangalore, I found the neer dosa a bit dry and the masala dosa wasn't as crisp or come with that little dollop of butter. Rava idli and thayir vadai were spot on.

Terrible experience today.we went for take away order.we placed order at 12.14 and got our food around 1.10 after repeated followups.we had to wait (standing) for almost an hour outside in humid climate to get simple food.understand its Deepavali time so crowd is expected but guven the staffs are experienced, they should have atleast indicated rough waiting time so we cqn decide accordingly.this delay had ripple effect and ruined most of our day! However, we love MTR food:)
