Mongkok Dim Sum reviews
24Rather busy, food is rather good. I loved the cheong fun with you tiow. Chilli crab with mun tow also pretty good.
We went there around 1.30pm on a Saturday and surprisingly it wasn't crowded. The food portion served was quite generous and reasonable priced. I would say that I would enjoy more if the place was air-conditioned.
Food: Very good
Price: Normal and consider cheap for dimsum range. $S 4-5/dimsum menu; kitchen: $S7-9/menu;
Conclusion: very affordable for dimsum range and the quality also nice and the most important is delicious. I recommended this place for dimsum. You can see my pic for the menu
It was a very busy day but the staff managed to accommodate us and find us a seat. For the food.great
We waited for more than 30 minutes. Did not serve our tea. We went to ask for our drink but was redirected back to our seat to wait. We asked to check our orders, took a long time to confirmed our order slips and we found out that they have not take in our order. No customer service and no apologies from anyone when we said we will leave.
A great selection of steamed and deep fried dim sum, porridge, noodles, rice and dishes. The taste of food are fine, with a relatively big portion relative to the price charged. Has a good crowd and service was quite fast. As it's open 24 hours, would be great place to go at anytime when the craving for dim sum hits.
Nice place to hang out and having dinner. But for me, i dont really like the dimsum, just have no idea about the taste, but the staffs were always smile, they concern about the service! Good work!
Favourite dim sum restaurant in town! Good variety of dishes, friendly staff (sometimes a bit chaotic though), very good value for money. Can be crowded!
Food was unlike what I had a couple of years ago.
It’s no longer as tasty but the fried beef hor fun is still as good as ever.
Cash only place. They said they had a nets machine but it was done when I was there. But take note to bring cash when visiting.
Decent dimsum served here, Siew mai and xiao long bao abit on the drier side but fillings is generous. The fried and steamed dimsum and porridge is good IMO.price is reasonable. No Aircon here.
Their egg tart is a hot items. Better then any of those chain store, a under rated Tim sum place. Their food is above 4stars.worth going.
Yes to all. We gave eaten here twice and before we leave we will go again. Affordable. Cash only. We had 5 dishes and 2 drinks and had to pay 19 sgd
Quite a decent place for dim sum. Love the prawn Cheong fun, mango with prawn, har gow, anything with prawn
Open 24hrs, in my opinion, one of the better dim sum places in Singapore. Size of the product is bigger then other dim sum places I've tried in Singapore and the HK style chee cheong fun is definitely close to the real thing. The skin is thin and transparent, unlike the thick skinned one's I've come across around other shops in Singapore.
For a close-enough-to-typical HK style dim sum experience, this place gets a thumbs up from me.
Forget to take picture other menu that we ordered, coz we are starving already. But all menu tasted so delicious. Prawn inside hakau juicy and big. And all staff very friendly.
Being here on and off. Recently added lots of new items to the menu. Quality is constantly good, or above average. Wider range means we get to order more stuff. Enjoyable. Friendly crew. The oldies seems to be friendlier. And if you strike a conversation, they will chat. I like the ambience. Like the food. Like the location.
Good dim sum and cheap. Easy to find location. Big red building. Loved the steamed flowing custard bun
The food was very very good, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. A lot of tasty vegetarian options, too. Overall really good and not pricy at all! They had no trouble serving a big group (of 8) which was lovely.
For fast, cheap & good quality.
For those who wants to have dim sum but the places that is over-rated is full house or too slow or too expensive.
Please visit here.it is good.
As a dim sum and lepak person, this is the most recomended place.
