Milan Pole Dance Studio - Singapore (Teck Lim Studio)

During my time in Singapore I went to MPDS at least 1-2 times per week. All instructors are passionate about what they are doing and carefully guide you through every trick / move. I don’t know how they do this as there are many students but they always know your name and always make you feel more than welcome. The locations are beautiful and all located around Tanjong Pagar area within walking distance. Booking classes / class packs is very easy through the app and I think the price is reasonable. If you are a student you can get student discount. As I am not located in SG anymore I am very sad that I can’t workout in this amazing place anymore. In my opinion it’s hard to find a studio like this with a huge offer of different pole and aerial classes, great instructors and warm; welcoming vibe like this. MPDS was my Safe Space in Singapore, always felt welcome, never judged neither bei instructors nor by other students. Their community is great and I miss them a lot.

One of the best studios I’ve visited so far, where I really feel welcomed, encouraged and supported through the journey. The studio has also crash mats to feel safer especially with inversions and the instructors are always around keeping an eye on the students, while creating that comfort zone for us to try new tricks. I also love the space, inside the typical Singapore shop houses. Seriously a place I look forward to go each week!:)

Learning hoop from Afiqah is always a joy! Every class is exciting and challenging - I always look forward to classes with her.

I have been to few studio in chinatown/outram area. It is so far the only studio with the most pleasant lightings, good sound system and.clean floor.apparatus and crash mats. A pleasant place for me to take progressive video. Students are expected to clean their mat, crash mat after use. It is indeed a good for the studio to adopt such good practices to ensure studio is clean at all times. Noticed the staff also ensure all cloths are wash and dried at certain days too. Toilets and changing areas are clean too. I like the environment. Classes start and end on time too. Instructors are good. Havent had the chances to try all of them though. I enjoyed the comtempole and gym classes by Vanda Seetoh. Love her positive energy as much as she love her students!
