Milan Pole Dance Studio - Singapore (Bukit Pasoh Studio)

If i could give extra stars, i would. The way the classes are structured makes it so much less intimidating as a complete beginner, and the friendliness and encouragement from the instructors will have you coming back each week. Literally cured my depression 11/10

Have been lucky to do private sessions and attend thier showcase. The teachers are great the owners have so much passion and have built a passionate community. 5 star.

During my time in Singapore I went to MPDS at least 1-2 times per week. All instructors are passionate about what they are doing and carefully guide you through every trick / move. I don’t know how they do this as there are many students but they always know your name and always make you feel more than welcome. The locations are beautiful and all located around Tanjong Pagar area within walking distance. Booking classes / class packs is very easy through the app and I think the price is reasonable. If you are a student you can get student discount. As I am not located in SG anymore I am very sad that I can’t workout in this amazing place anymore. In my opinion it’s hard to find a studio like this with a huge offer of different pole and aerial classes, great instructors and warm; welcoming vibe like this. MPDS was my Safe Space in Singapore, always felt welcome, never judged neither bei instructors nor by other students. Their community is great and I miss them a lot.

This studio has been my happy place for the last couple of years, love the commitment and enthusiasm from all the instructors.

Booked several classes with MPDS 3 months back thanks to classpass which gave me the opportunity to venture into hoop & pole. Have been with them since then and really shout out to the instructors for being so nurturing, friendly and encouraging in their teachings. Would give this studio a 10/10 and highly recommend others to try it if u haven’t already

I had a great class with Tracy, who was very patient and professional. She did well to break down the movements so it was easy to follow. The class was fun and engaging, and I had a good time!

I started my pole journey here because I have an injured knee from all the HiiT trainings I have done in the past. Pole seems tough and it's something I have never thought of doing. I am so glad that I came here with an open mind. 6 months in and I am still loving it! The instructors are friendly and very experienced. They would be able to point out what I am not doing right to get into a certain pose. They are also very patient and they understand my pain as I do confuse my left and right side alot! I like Mpds because they offer a variety of classes here. The techniques classes are well planned and have a structure so we can progress into the next level safely. I can just use my credits to sign up for the different classes and mini term. No need to pay extra fees for a different class or mini term so it is straight forward. This is what I feel the management has done well. They keep it straightforward for us. I get to try their flexy, hoop, hammock, heels dance and contemporary pole dance. It's never boring for me here.

Really enjoyed the classes here! Classes are tailored to your level, variations given, and instructors are always super patient and break steps down (even the seemingly simple ones) so everyone can follow along. They are always very encouraging and are your personal hype-woman

Friendly and patient teachers. Lots of different aerial apparatus and pole dance classes to try. Would recommend it!

Just finished a basic term course here.

Love the classes they provide!
- Instructors are all very warm and proficient.
- The staff are helpful and welcoming.
- Place is always clean and tidy.
- Classes are easy to book.

I can not say that this is a pleasant place to practice. The temperature is very high in the room (which is also not very spacious), what makes pole dancing impossible. Especially if you want to work out some tricks. When I ask manager to do something about it, they said that it is their standard condition and they are not going to do anything. Overall, if you have some problems in this studio, it will be your own problems. Btw, there is no shower and it seems that spray for pole doesn't content any alcohol. Also, the price one of the highest in SG!

Been on my pole journey at Milan 6 months in and would encourage anyone still on the fence to give pole a try (guys especially), and will definately recommend newbies vets to drop by and check out Milan if they have yet to.

Great environment and awesome instructors for all levels, else would have been hard for me to continue pole if not for the great instructors being extremely awesome and dedicated to their craft.

Each lesson teaches me to be fearless and trust in my own strength. The Teachers, peers are so lovely and supportive. Everyone supports one another and I always leave feeling awesome. The basic classes I’ve tried on pole and hammock are suitable for absolute beginners as they are not too easy but push you to go outside your comfort zone as well. I always look forward to the lessons and company. Thank you MPDS:)

I’ve loved every single class in Milan. Not only are the instructors well-qualified, they are also very nurturing and supportive! The whole team at Milan are all lovely, always making sure everyone feels welcome and respond efficiently to all queries. They have a variety of classes to choose from, and they offer several timings for each class to cater to your schedule. Credit and membership packages are flexible too to let you decide how often you want your aerial fix. Happy to be taking classes here <3

The teachers are very talented and give very good explanations on how to execute every move. Also, the studio’s system for classes is very flexible and that can cater well to the schedule for different people.:)

Clean and lovely environment, with extremely encouraging instructors who know what they are doing and always encouraging safe and healthy practices.
Even the students and admins are all extremely friendly and encouraging, and there is this wonderful feeling all around being there. I highly recommend this school to anyone who's thinking of trying the beautiful art/sport/dance out.

Awesome place with great teachers! Love the pole gym and exotic classes. Now they also just opened a new studio that does aerial arts! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family who would like to try out pole/ aerial arts!

The place where I began my pole journey - this place has fantastic instructors and generally awesome people. The instructors are not only enthusiastic and encouraging, they are also good at spotting your problems and letting you know exactly what to correct to get to where you want to be.

Especially love that there are so many things to try - pole, aerials, exotic - for the different moods on different days.
