I can say with confidence that Jay is a very welcoming, passionate, professional, and proactive staff in Michael Trio.

He provided me with clear explanations of the different types of diamonds, their cost, and their different measures of quality and guided me to purchase the best diamond for my engagement ring.

He gave really good advice and was very patient with us. He took good care to keep me updated of the progress, briefed me on how to take care of the ring, and also was proactive enough to even congratulate me on my engagement day (He really didnt have to).

He is also helping me with the aftercare since we need to do some slight resizing as well.

Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend going here and requesting to work with Jay.

Got my engagement ring at KL branch! Ms Jessica was super friendly, even towards sarawakian here as she is also herself.

Though i knew what i wanted but still it'll be better if there's more display available to look at, other than that all is well

Totally recommend this place if you’re looking for modern settings with great stones to choose from. Jay (staff) had been very accommodating and patient with me during the whole process. Because of the great service given to me, the process had been stress-free, be in mind, I did everything online without having to be at the physical store. Should anyone think of buying a ring or rings, would definitely recommend this.

I had a very pleasant experience at Michael Trio's Tanjong Pagar outlet. The sales lady (sorry, cannot remember her name) was very helpful. Besides having the technical know-how, she was also able to give advice on trends and etc. Just to mention that we bought a solitaire off the shelf without any customisation as we just wanted a simple design. We also noticed that there were quite a variety of designs available in store too. Was informed that it will take a while (4 months in my instance due to the CNY holidays) if I want a bespoke diamond to be made.
