I had to wait a long time for my drink, even though there were no other customers at the moment, the staff didn't greet me or tell me to wait a while.

Takeaway big breakfast meal with corn options.
But no spoon, no butter for corn?
Inside big breakfast don't have hashbrown also.

Convineant location, has McD cafe.so lots of premium coffee options. Scattered seating space

Got influenced to try the “new” quarter pounder. Ha, reminded me of a double cheese burger from 2010, but 3x the price.

Same McD food as you'll get anywhere else. Service is decent, but the place is split into two, one is more the cafe side, and the other is the regular Mac side.

I like that they have the Hojicha ice-cream here, not all outlets have it. The older lady at the ice cream stand is friendly.

Ordered the Orea Mcflurry from the desert counter.   What I received was a little more Dan half from what I usually get. I told the staff, then she reluctantly squeeze in some Ice cream cone ice cream for me as shown as pic. Poor selection of staff and poor customer service.

I didn’t expect to receive a hot drink in such a glass and the tissue that was wrap around doesn’t really work.

Hire too much untrained worker, totally don't know how to take order, serve, count money and prepare the food.

For taste and price, McD is McD and everyone already know about it. I would review the location, well it is quite big as usual too. However, the sad part "where is the trashcan? " I ask the employee for it. Then, she direct me to the next cafe beside McD for the trash can. Seriously?

Staff tends to forget stuff when ordering take away order so is better to check it before you leave the restaurant, and sometimes they get quite unfriendly. Overall it’s okay

First time going to a McDonald outlet that ran out of both Regular Coke and Coke Zero. No Frappuccino unless it’s low fat milk. Table service unavailable but I’m more upset that they don’t even have any Coke? Not surprised that they have really low ratings.

Missing a burger in my takeaway order. So irritating. Many reviews here reported the same

Suspicious that the paper bags with food inside was folded so tight although it has hot fried items inside.

Quiet tables next to full glass window is a great place for a 2 person meeting. When I visited, cappucino and latte small size was $3, whilst flat white was $3.40

McDonald’s management please strictly look into this problem. Always ordered with missing items, it so irritating and disappointed with such a careless mistake. Your charges is not cheap yet keep missed out items for delivery order. Especially Toa Payoh HDB hub always repeated the same issue. The staffs there also terrible customer service, not attentive at all.

What the hell of this 24Hrs Mcd, if cannot open 24hrs, pls change the sign board to open until 12am midnight.

I have my meal here around 4pm alone. I have been arranged by staff to sit a big table. After that they arrange a strange just sit opposite me. HELLO? Where your safe distancing?

Was very unhappy to receive only half a box when i ordered a large twister fries because when i went to other outlets they gave a lot more, close to full box however when i asked them nicely whether this is usually how much they give for a large packet of twister fries they told me “ yes it’s large “ in a very rude way and then there was this auntie that was very unhappy and she said some things in malay which i’m not sure of but she was unhappy with me even though i just prompted the question nicely, if they told me that was how much they usually gave i’ll be okay but it was really only half…. And there were fuller packets that were being packed as well…

Stale food made me sick. I am sure the food was from yesterday. Have complained on grab. Such type of food is very dangerous for people especially kids.

Terrible.

I just finished my meal and asked to leave to give way to other customers. I don't think that's the proper way to keep the line moving.

Had the BLT Angus burger for late dinner. Thought McD is funny/fancy- instead of stating mayo sauce, it indicates as McChicken sauce. I still thought its something special

Overall its a nice burger with slight juicy.
