McDonald's Plaza Singapura

We had a good meal and must have drop our mobile without realising it.came back after more than 30 minutes later searching for it. Approached a busy counter and found our mobile. The staff must have found it and kept it at the counter. Very thankful to all the staff at Plaza Singapura Mcdonald.especially those working around 4pm on 26Dec2023

Terrible service by a crew named Alice teo, not only did she served me without any respect, when I ask her for plastic bag for my food, she slammed it onto the counter top, but the thing was it wasn't during peak hours she wasn't preparing any food or anything, all because I asked for 1 tub of curry and plastic bag for takeaway cause it was a really big order and a paper bag wasn't gonna hold up my food. I feel that something should be done. Happened on 19 December 2023 at 4.45pm

Great service. Our go to stop to pick up an ice cream cone. The staff are super courteous!

Had an amazing experience at this outlet today. This staff, went around on a busy
Morning clearing trays, pushed a cart around topping up coffee and teas. (I have not seen this ever being done!)

Ultra polite and friendly …. This is what made my Mc Donald’s meal an amazing one today!

Very very crowded and you could see that the staff was uber busy. The food was up to standard and the people did their best. Unfortunately sometimes a bit too chaotic, but more because of the visitors, not the staff.

Food was same as other McDonald's. Service was good. Place was small and bit crowded. However found a place to sit during my visit.

Service here is usually good. Very friendly staff and food is better compared to other outlets I've been to.

Jus went to pick up my breakfast meal and met a staff with TOP service. As usual, only two packets of chilli, e lady asked How many packets more i need so i mentioned 3 and 2 ketchups please. Im polite thruout until she gave me TWO chilli and No ketchup. Excuse me auntie, I asked for 3 chillies and 2 ketchup. Reply came, Inside already have two what, (my reply to her, Auntie, U want to be SO Calculative with ONE more packet of chilli, and whats wrong to like chilli) ? EXCUSE me, all the more, I want Three packets. With my earphone on n loud, adding sugar to my tea, she was At the counter with the manager discussing my TwO packets. Plain Rude! Not only you spoil your customer morning, and i shall asked to be Serve by

YES, really should be sorry for your staff, plain rude. I wont agree she is old, im 50 too. Be nice to people And I will be MUCH more nicer.

Ordered strawberry shortcake mcflurry and strawberry sundae to take away. No spoons were not given and when ask for spoons and carrier the malay lady wasn't happy. She just put it on the table. For 2 mc chicken burgers, no chillies were given. Overall the customer service of that lady wasn't good and the condiments were missing!

Poor service! Missing item on my order! Long wait, some more! Yet, no courtesy from some unpolite staff!

Took my foreign friend to try sg signature burger, just turns out pineapple chunk in buttermilk signature burger was missing. They didn't even bother. My friend very disappointed. Worse MC in sg

Visited on 20th March 2020 at around 530pm.
Been around many different macdonalds. And this is the best one I've been to so far in terms of service. Every single staff is smiling, helpful and polite. Even the Indian lady whom I believe is the manager on duty. All of them are serving with pride and look like they are very happy working here. Fantastic job!

Served its purpose but the manager here needs to be a good example for the staffs. Was served by a grey polo lady, seems to be having a dying attitude. Other than that, the rest of the staffs are good.

Had good service when it wasn't too crowded. Staff did not chase poeple out even though official open hours were over.

It's Macdonald like any other Macdonald, on thing I like is that they always sell durian ice cream during durian season.

Good customer service. There is a staff who helped us to find a table which is really nice. We observed that the service staff were quick to clean up and clear the tables as well.

My visit at 10.30am on 8/2/2020, I was ordering one hash brown because I need a place to chill while waiting for other shops to open. I had waited for 10 mins for the order but nobody mentioned my number. Something is wrong so I went and asked the cashier where is my hash brown and he quickly apologised and handed me the hash brown.

The outlet is located right below the escalator. It is also located side by side with the KFC outlet.

During peaked hours it's very packed so I tend to avoid going during peaked hours as it's quite hard to get a seat. But the service there is quite fast.
