McDonald’s City Square Mall / McDonald's

Waited so long for 1 hot fudge sundae, yes 1 only. When ask den they do. The restaurant floor was so dirty also.and my hot fudge sundae also looks like haizzz!

Seating area is quite limited here. Cleanliness also not up to standard. Food was everywhere on the floor and no cleaners to clean it quickly.

Been there today 10.30 pm. Complete frenzy, display of order queue stopped to work or better removed orders (almost at will) Waited for ages. Staff seemed not in control. Got my small order after 15 min. Dirt everywhere. Floor sticky. Worse than the new york ones. Seriously, that was one of the worst McD experiences I have had (and I had 100s, even worked there during highschool).

Yet again never failed to show their service level is simply below standard. Service crew cannot be bothered when told two of the ordering machine is down. Secondly, a Muslim lady in black t-shirt the only girl working at front counter does not want to pass me my One drink but instead left it at the counter and just call for other orders. While they can always say that they are busy and expect customers to be more understanding but in this case, I don't see any special reason why she cannot pass me my order which is only one single drink, is this then the service level Mcd is aiming for.

Service is totally out, two thumbs down. I ordered just a black coffee self collect. They already dispense the drink left it sitting on counter and also by the way my order number has already disappeared from the screen before I went up to collect. I also noticed another service crew dispensing coffee from machine and left it overflowing from the cup. What he did was just pour some coffee out from the cup without changing the cup which was already soiled with the black coffeeand manager just took it and served it to the customer who asked for table service.

The atmosphere is comfortable only because it's not too big while those who eat a lot become crowded, there are many waiting for empty tables, the service is really fast for waiting and cleaning but the impression is crowded because there are many people queuing

As for good taste, compared to mcd in Indonesia, the buns are softer, about the sauce it's still better in Indo
Even better, the brewed tea and coffee are free of charge For the price of the big mac package that we ordered, it's around $ 9, including a burger, potatoes and a big drink, worth buying, considering that the drinks alone can be $ 2-3

Oh, one more thing that's different from Indo, there's no play ground, but considering that Singapore has lots of fun free play ground, there's no need for a play ground in the dining area anymore, the kids are tired and hungry so they eat cooperatively in their seats.

Great day, im idris here.im wroting this letter to mcdonalds, today 7 august i walk to mcdonalds with my kids, totally its a new exprience in singapore we are tourist.my kid had no patience to wait for the meals and there is a women customer service who assist me when she saw my children started to cry, she let us to sit with a tent of number, its long queu.she brought the meal with sauces and a puzzle to handle my kids, very helpful and appriciate to all the staffs too.hope to see the women again.my kids enjoying.compliments bottom of my heart ms saranya.

The food is good.services aren’t that good cuz it takes 15 minutes for a burger to get done and sometimes, the staff even forget our order.the atmosphere is really dirty and it’s always a rush.

I was at McDonalds City Square outlet this afternoon (2/9/23) with my kids. My young daughter accidentally dropped her burger to the floor just before she started to eat.
Staff Ms Saranya saw this & helped my daughter clean her hands. She also offered us a replacement burger free of charge. I really appreciate the great service offered by her. Thank you Ms Saranya.

Always McD experience never disappoints. We usually visit at least once a week in and around the city for Black Coffee, Ice Cream and quick Burger.

Giving all wrong orders other than wht you are ordering! Not satisfied at all with the response

Ordered a set of buttermilk crispy chicken set meal was disappointing as the meat was burnt overcooked with the vegetables like the pineapple rings and purple cabbage toppings in the burger not fresh with a weird taste compared to other outlets.

Great place for a quick bite & rest those feet after trudging around City Square mall & Mustafa malls.not crowded in the afternoon.

This the first time i got my order not even 5min after my order and it suprise is it Lunch peak period.thks for the service i have at City Square Macdonalds.

MCD favorite foods, variety of choices. You can download the apps to get promotion items and etc good deal.normally crowded.choose your own best timing.

Your average McDonalds. Don't have much to say about the place because what more can you expect from a McDonald's? Workers are fast an efficient, food is served hot. Good price.

A very busy walkway as it's near the mrt. So please sit near the entrance if you have a bad tummy ache. Else you won't be spared by the narrow entrance into MacDonald counter side.

Such a fun spot for interesting items. Really unique and woukd definitely visit it again. Cute stationary!

I cam here around 2pm and the lady that was taking order was very roud and she was not having manners to talk. I have taken menu to order and after sometime when i came to order i forgot that menu and that lady shouted roudly at me. I will never return to this mc.donalds and will not suggest anyone.

It was a very decent mcdonalds. Although it is located very inside of the City square mall its worth going to the place. It was very spacoius and decent ambious location and beautiful dining as well as well built Dining area. The crew out there are fast as usual.customer service from the lobby persons are Great. The best thing have to say the seating its very big and spacious comfortable for families dinings as well as the lighting is good when you visit in daytime, where you can feel the sunlight at the last dining area. Its a very relaxing and free area to spend time with your friends and Family. But sometimes it can be a bit noise at the last dining area as it is exposed to open area in the mall and when more people or any events happening near there it can be a bit noise and overall Very Good place.

McDonald City Square Mall, staff are very friendly, caring, helpful, always ready to assist, polite, cheerful and service with a smile. Keep it up the good work. Thank you.
