Not worth eating at all. Everything is so bland and taste nothing like LOR MEE. Waste of time

I enjoyed this particular store for it’s unique taste. There are many version of Lor Mee, it’s not fair for me to judge or compare with others as to how a Lor Mee must taste like, otherwise might as well open one store myself. I love the taste that’s unique to them. So dig in & enjoy! Add whatever condiments they offer to your heart content, the gentleman is very friendly & polite!

Tucked in a small corner, the store is ran by a tiny grandma alone and a staff handling payment. So do bear in mind that queuing might take a while.

Taste wise is pretty mild in my opinion. There is pulled pork instead of the typical pork belly. Ingredients aplenty and portion size is small for $4.50, large for $5.50. My dad says the standard has dropped from last time. Probably wouldn't buy again.

The hightlight of this lor mee for me is the topping, the shredded meat, sliced fish cake, wu xiang and braised hard boiled egg. All the toppings were flavourful yet the weird thing about this lor mee is that the gravy is really mild. I only discovered this when the stall owner goaded me to pour more vinegar which made the lor mee more enjoyable as it fills the missing forward flavour of the gravy. Therefore I recommend visitors to try to add more vinegar than they are used to to better enjoy the lor mee, since I usually only add a small amount of vinegar to my lor mee.

Food was nice but finding a seat during lunch was difficult. The place is well ventilated with lots of fans and the placing of tables was spacious.

Tasted so so. Noodles used are slightly on the bitter side. Braised egg is too dry and hard, probably overcooked for the day. Other toppings are okay. You can add some garlic and chilli for better flavour. Price is cheap at $4 or $5 only. Not really worth the queue for me.

This to me is the best lor mee stall in Singapore. The perpetual long queue during peak hours testifies to it. Very reasonable price and plenty of ingredients. Gravy is rich and not salty. The old couple running the stall are friendly and humble.

Very nice place with lots of good food. However it's quite a distance away from MRT though. Still highly recommended for people whom have time to spare.

Really nice lor mee. Not too gloopy, and very generous with the toppings. Queue wasn't as long as I was expecting.

Over rated lor mee. The window to buy your lor mee too narrow; open 1245noon and close at 3pm. The Old airport road Lor Mee stall still way better.

Doesn't taste like lormee at all. Broth is thick from the corn starch and not from the essence of the meat. It is very bland without any of the toppings, and doesn't have an intrinsic vinegar taste. Would think it's a below average bowl of lormee in Singapore, so not sure there's a queue for it.

You have to try if you’re around the area! Take note of their operating hours as well

Hands down my favorite lor Mee shop.
Be prepared to queue! Shops open at 11.30/ 12pm no fixed timing.
Queue will start to form as early as 11.15am, good to be the first so you do not need to join the long queue.

Generous portion of ingredients for that price. Shredded meat, ngoh hiang, boiled eggs and other type of wrapped meat goodness.

Friendly stall owners who are always welcoming and warm

My first time trying this and the queue was about half an hour when I started before 1pm.

Seems like the reviews are mixed. Personally, I rather enjoyed this (and I had packed it back home, which normally gets discounted in terms of taste).

For $4, the portion was huge (I was still worried if it would be enough and had contemplated ordering the $5 bowl. Fortunately I didn’t). Plus you get friendly service. They also pass you the mug of noodles after cooking it so you may add your own condiment before they pack it.

As I’m not a braised pork belly person, the duck slices were a welcomed difference and were rather tasty. The ngoh hiang and fish cake pieces were okay. The gravy was slightly diluted but it doesn’t bother me. The half egg was abit hard.

Will I queue so long again for it? Perhaps not. But I will be happy to eat it again when the queue is shorter.

After note: I went back on my words hahah. I was in the vicinity and thus queued half an hour for it (there was a line forming already when I arrived at 11.58am. It opens at 12 noon). So yeah, I guess this is one of my fave lor mee.

One the BEST CHEAP lor mee I tasted so far in Singapore. The noodle is full of ingredients and always my to go place for brunch.

Is a good place for morning breakfast. Selling nice foods with reasonable price. Continue with the wet market on the first floor where you can get fresh vegetables and meats for your home cooking.

Perfect for those who love a salty bowl of lor mee with pork add-ons. Would have loved a fish option or the fried dumplings they used to offer years ago.

Recommended. Not your usual traditional Lor Mee but traditional in its own aspect for the ingredients and sauce. Friendly service, good value. No Msg after-taste. Be ready to queue up to 40mins during peak hours and weekends.

First time trying out this stall I must say the stall uncle pretty generous in his serving. The soup it taste fresh and heavenly. Brewing over long hours. Love those fishcake and the noodle it fresh but to me the main star is the soup. Overall 5/5

Surprisingly good lor mee, also very affordable as 4 dollars brings a very decent portion filled with alot of ingredients. Also, it is conveniently located near the carpark (the pink doorway located to the right of the store in the attached photo leads straight to the carpark). Expect long queues at the store itself as its pretty famous. 2 stores away from it is a very popular fishball soup store as well (also usually has a queue).

The hawker centre it is located in is also quite large and is above a wet market. A very good range of food choices can be found within, all at very affordable prices. The place itself is large and airy and quite well sheltered, so it is quite cooling and not like some other hawker centres where it gets very hot in the afternoon.

Parking was relatively easy to obtain and there was no problems with finding a seating spot in the hawker centre itself.

You get a huge serving for $4 but quantity is not everything. While the 'ngoh hiang' tasted good, there is no 'lor bak' slices in the bowl. Instead shredded pork were used. No fish fillet given too. Gravy nothing special. Tasted like ordinary black sauce gravy. A bit disappointed though.
