Ordered on 26th Feb online for delivery on 8th March. Messaged me on 1st March (a week AFTER I placed in my order!) that my order will be cancelled because they don’t have the raw ingredients. Was informed that refund will take place 5-7 working days. Messaged, emailed and even called them for update, but no response. It’s already the 9th day, and my refund is still nowhere to be found! Very very very poor service. It’s already very troublesome that you cancelled my order a week LATER after I placed in my order as it was supposed to be a gift! Least you could do is give me a refund promptly since it wasn’t my fault cause the order was cancelled at your end! And respond to your customers’ complaints! Very unprofessional!

Little hidden gem here! Yummy and delicious dishes. Highly recommended to eat impossible vegan beef burger, sous vide pork Japanese don and Sakura ebi pasta. No manpower but worthwhile queuing and waiting for long time. Well done head chef running full house lunch!

Don't buy cakes on this place are simply over expensive and horrible taste.
My daughter like the look of the little cakes from outside the cafe. They are cute to see, but that's all. We bought the pink Flamingo and the green Owl. The girl in the shop mentioned the Flamingo is a Vanilla but. Nonsense. No Vanilla lots and lots on butter outsides and a no taste of anything else. I pay $27.60 for 2 cakes. So far the worst in Singapore.

Do not order from this restaurant, I ordered via deliveroo. The portion is pathetic just a little box mac and cheese cost $12 and a small rice bowl size of rendang which they called beef stew with a few meat cost $18. I'm not a big eater but this is way over priced. You can buy a mix grill at colins for $20, which consist of 2 grills, pasta, sausage if you feel eating meat. Just only $2 more!

Had their mini animal cake and 2 flower pots (carrot and lemon curd - these are cakes in small latex/rubber flower pots) delivered and must say i'm pretty impressed. The lemon curd in particular is really good. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. My husband and child ordered their animal cakes to represent each of our family members for mother's day and as their delivery was full, we arranged for self collect. The order was confirmed. However on the day of pick up, they couldn't find our order even tho we had an order number. The sales stuff tried to dismiss responsibility by claiming that it was not a confirm order even tho we had a confirmation email. It totally wasted our trip there and was a disappointment to the child especially on such occasion.

Taste is ok. But Portion is extremely small when you call for delivery. Quite disappointed whith the price point Charged

The sweets here are very pretty to look at, but that's about it. The rose pandan cake we had was extremely dense and buttercream too sweet.

Also, we weren't impressed with our tea either. Both were light in flavor, with the lychee one just having an artificial fragrance, rather than actual sweetness from the fruit.

Instagram friendly, but otherwise, pass.

Very Disappointed in the new location menu. Previously as Dempsey hill, they use have this $36+ steak which is very good. When asked the staff “the menu change? ” She replied “its the same” Same but why don’t have the steak? Lol.

The soup is too salty, the cake are arrange. Go with the tea set $10 is more worth it. I ordered 2sets but they charge with one one and there other at normal cake n drink price. Service staff are friendly.

It is a bit hard to find
Food heated in microwaves, covered in plastic wrap
Had some difficulty communicating with staff
Vegetarian options included some salads, but less than former location.
5 kid options, only 1 is vegetarian - the pasta, and the sauce is not good. Remember, this is a place specifically for kids. It’s attached to a play place. Kid options, people.
We were the only 2 customers and the service was very slow
At the end we ordered our ice cream treat and after waiting nearly 10 minutes, THEN they told us they had to run out to get milk for the hot chocolate, and we waited longer. We arrived shortly after opening and they couldn’t have served more than a couple of people. How are they out of anything? Or how could they not have gone to get what they need in the hour we’d been sitting there (with no other customers) - I did tell them that we were going to order that treat right from the start.
Portion size on the “full” salad was tiny at $15. What I got looked like an overpriced “half”, but no, it was the “full”.

Cute little cafe on Dempsey Road, offering delicious cakes and a good selection of beverages.
It's a pity that the whole complex of buildings is centered around one big parking lot, so it's really not much fun to walk around (but that's not the cafe's fault. It nevertheless destroys the atmosphere a bit). However, that problem should be solved soon, as the staff told me that the cafe is moving to a different location near City Hall soon. Looking forward to it. The cafe itself is really nice.

We are the only customer in the restaurant during the lunch. Food is generally good and big portion.

Went there to try the cute little cakes. A cozy place with nice foods. However the air-conditioning could be better and the sweetness of the cakes should be reduced.

Because of eatigo promo that i tried this cafe.very sweet and the food is deliciously good. Had the crab avocado salad which is appetising with the chunky crabmeat and mild yoghurt dressing. The seafood spicy pasta is good too. Though the winner will be the ribeye steak. A picture tells a thousand words. Chef, your food got standard:)

I went there today to have cute little cakes and pastries. I like this little place. The little cakes are nice. I really feel like a little girl today. So happy.

Nice cozy place for a child's party with age appropriate food catering available. Aircon could be better though.

Although the little house of dreams is famous for it's cakes and desserts. We tried the mains and pancakes because of burpple one for one.

The food was served within 10 minutes.
Grilled stuffed chicken came with brocoli, cherry tomatoes, onions etc. The chicken was stuffed with finely chopped mushrooms and grilled tenderly. Love it.

The pancake however lacks consistency in texture and was a little too sticky or wet and not the fluffy texture I was expecting. It was also easily disintegrated. Pancakes comes with three diff types of honey and jam though.

Definitely worth a visit especially if you love pink interiors.

Went to try the mains because of the entertainer's one for one. The beef steak was really tender and tasted so good! My husband and I went back again a month later to fully utilise the 1 for 1 promo offered by the entertainer app!

Ambien was good, food also not bad. But the drinks were on the high side. Another bad thing, once we finished our food, they are fast not only to clear our plates but without asking for our bill, they also out it on the table. First the restaurant have many empty tables left so what's the hurry to chase us away? Are you sure we are done with our meals?
