Gerald is a friendly and responsible staff whenever I sent my car for servicing, will always appoint him as my advisor.

My 1st experience in Lexus. Breakfast is good and service center is cozy. Was attended by Gerald. He is very detailed and provide very good service. Good service from Lexus!

On 19 sat, 2022, my handphone and wallet were in the compartment on top of the console on the left hand side of the drivers seat I realised that it was jammed and could not be opened. I called the service center at lengkee road. The staff by the name of Benjamin looked into the problem he tried and when he saw the thing could not be trsloved, he drove it into the workshop ten minutes later it was fixed and I recovered my valuables
I am very grateful to Benjamin that I can recover my valuables and that I can have a wonderful weekend.

Have been servicing regularly with Borneo and engaged with Steven over the years. Steven's service is impressive and he keeps me updated on items required for replacement (or not) prior to changes. In addition, he is attention to detail such as the placement of my wipers' position. Items in the interior of the car is also kept neat and clean after servicing. Overall Steven's services have been top notch. Thanks and highly recommended!

Sent my car to Lexus service center at Leng Kee this morning for regular servicing. Met Mr Thomas Tan for the first time although I have been visiting the centre since I bought my car 7 years ago. Thomas was very professional and helpful in going through with me on what were required for this servicing- definitely no hard selling of any products. He was very prompt in letting me know via WhatsApp messaging the moment the car is ready. Excellent and professional which is what customers appreciate. Keep it up.

Have always been servicing my Lexus at the Lexus Service Centre. Today is my first with Thomas Tan. He explained clearly what are the services required and diligently shared with me the cost involved for each. I am surprised to find out later on that he is quite new to the company as he was professional and knowledgeable.

I would to thanks Mr Thomas he is very helpful my car hybrid battery system no working, Thomas help to replace new battery within 3 days.

Sent my car for servicing today 25 Oct 2022 at Lexus Leng Kee, Mr Thomas Tan attended me, he is very clear in explaining the steps and also assist me in resolving the problem I encountered with the car. I will definitely come back to him when I bring my car back for servicing.

It’s my car 50k km service, the customers service is near to perfect. From check in, to meeting service consultant and collection, it give me a sense of comfort. Same day collection is great, so nice to have breakfast at the lounge too. I was attended by Thomas Tan, very professional and meticulous, update me timely on when to collect my car too.
