LTA's onemotoring site is highly buggy and full of issues.

One moment I'm logged into my account, the next second (without pressing the forward or backwards button in my browser) I'm logged out and am required to re-login. This is just one example.

Additionally, after furnishing a driver's particulars when it comes to a fine, the notice can magically bounce back to my dashboard.

For business owners, their fine / notice number system is extremely flawed. The notice numbers for letter (fine) number 1 will be different from the subsequent letters (2,3, and so on). For example, if letter 2 is sent and settled, letter 1 is still outstanding. Logically, letter 2 is dependent on letter 1 (letter 1 > letter 2 > letter 3). They expect you to resolve each letter / notice individually. Does not make any sense.

Overall, I doubt they'll even bother improving because as they're a government agency, they are no benefits for innovating / improving.

Very disappointed at the level of services provided, amongst other things.

This LTA never build any bus interchange for the big field at Sungei Kadut st2 and plus no other bus number go to Sungei Kadut. This people never care for Sungei Kadut

Inefficient and poor services. Need to call hotline to remind them to escalate urgent and read my appeal after more than one week of no response. Slow to update fines in the system and slow to response to appeals.

The new right turn traffic light systems are ridiculous! They are stupid to hold up traffic in the middle of the the night when the road is near empty. System should be made smarter to allow the system to be turned into discretionary right turn during low traffic volume timings to facilitate traffic clearance more quickly. 1st world country with 3rd world traffic system!

Very thankful to Ms. Sharon from the tax department who really put in effort to helped me with my issue. She was very polite, patient and understanding. She slowly guided me on how i could resolve my tax issue and i did not waste my effort or my time coming down to the LTA office. Honestly i felt surprise on the high quality customer service that government body now have, they let me feel that the service are really ' for the people', thumbs up!

I was given a warning from the judge not to ride my PMA for 12 months. Have no understanding and insist that only 1 person can ride the PMA. Worse ask Cisco officers to get involved to disturb pma and pab. Said PMA they won't disturb regardless of 2 or 3 person sit all lies. Very disappointed on them. Ask me to break the judge's warning, I kena caught they all are going to answer!

One of the inefficient organisation. Each counter serve its own function, so I waited for more than one hour to process the application. The other two just waiting for related applicant and do nothing. Nets wave is not working and how to prevent COVID19 spread. No disinfectant after payment how to stop the disease spreading. There are three LTA staff waiting at ground floor to direct public how to use counter service. Best of all, supposedly by appointment only still have walk in service. High ranking office bearer need to walk the ground to understand the problems

Customer service always give conflicting information. Different staff gives different instructions. Tends to push you to one another. Would not recommend but do we have a choice tbh?

There was no way to solve the problem twice in LTA, and the attitude of counter staff (Mardiana) at counter 32 was very bad. She said that she welcomed me to complain to her. Is it true that government departments treat people like this?

I’m not sure how civilized this country is, for example: this car who curse let his window down and and pointing middle fingers to asome drivers. Please do something about it or I will, more media will be involved.

Institutionalised incompetence and indifference.

Beware of the advice from the call-in customer service officers, they will tell you the wrong thing very confidently. Checked with two different CSR officers, who told me the insurance date can be pro-dated for the vehicle transfer, which isn't the case. Officers at the front desk basically inferred it was my problem, and doesn't bother to check to advice their CSRs ("unless you can tell me who, I can't do anything").

With such attitudes, is it still surprising that LTA had such serious laspes: two SMRT trainees killed at Pasir Ris MRT on 22nd March 2016, Braddell MRT Stations flooding on 7th October 2017, and PIE viaduct collapsed on 14th Jul 2017.

Yes, there's always someone worse. Never knew Singapore was in the competition of being the worst?
