28 Had a wonderful dinner at this place, had some South Indian dishes and those were very tasty.
Shoutout to the manager Kamal for his excellent hospitality and accomodating our reservation with a short notice.
Good buffet.
Disappointing seafood buffet for the quality given the extra $50 if we had half board.
No taste, lack of freshness.
Otherwise excellent breakfast.
And dinner with half board
Food on offer through the menu is varied, including Western, Asian and Indian options.
The meals chosen were very nice, butter chicken and a lamb dish, spring rolls, prawn balls, mixed satay.
Customer service was good, and not too busy but we opted for 6pm
Overall, a good experience and would certainly recommend you give it a go
Have not been here for 5 years, used to be the best brunch in Singapore. Service and atmosphere is still great but the food was very disappointing, very limited selection for a Sunday brunch, no foie gras, no more bbq station ourside, pasta station with only one sauce, no egg station, limited Indian and Chinese section and a very poor cheese selection. Will not come back, very disappointing.
Ordered from the ala carte menu and thoroughly enjoyed the pork in claypot with rice. Pork was very flavorful and tender, and rice is well cooked too, slightly al dente. A wide variety of drinks available too, including champagne and range of wines by the glass. Ambience was great and service good too. Prices slightly above average but so is the quality, so it's fair. Will return.
Delicious Indian food, service is great and pet friendly at alfresco area with beautiful view at night
Whenever I am here, I feel that I am having a wonderful holiday in overseas, full of greens and resort ambience. Friendly staff. You will be amazed with the beautiful peacocks! Wonderful to have meals in all the outlets in Sofitel Sentosa.
It’s Valentine’s Day and I’m happy to manage to arrange a dinner meals with my wife and we order a 5-course meal, at the end we finish without the dessert and it took us 3 hrs to finish the 4 course and ever we told the manager still no improvement on the serving time. I was so frustrated and angry.
Pretty nice
Not Dubai standard but pleasant
Nice outdoor seating
The staff need training though
The 4 or 5 of them stand together and just stare at customers
I made online reservation to celebrate special day with family for royal maharaja feast and got confirmation email from the restaurant along with booking reference. Once I reached there then they say that that menu is not offered and chef says that he checked with the manager and manager has mentioned there is no reservation for Royal maharaja feast and also cannot be prepared now. When I was seeing the screen of the restaurant I can clearly see my name in the screen. So disappointed with the system and the manager did not mention anything and no apologies. One of the staff members was kind to mention he will check and other options but we did not want to take as my whole celebration mood spoiled. Then we went to another.
Really disappointed with the service
Food was awesome. We took Al cart Indian dishes. They taste like home cooked origin. Service from Joe and Martilda was excellent. Thank u very much
We came today back to the sofitel subday brunch. Chef Ken is bringing the level back to where it should be. Food quality is back! Maje sure you try again. Sofitel Brunch is back with highest quality standards. Chef, make sure you don’t open the “fine de clair” too early that’s tge only improvement I see.
Went for the Maharaja feast on a Sunday night and the food was super delicious! Service was good server and chef were friendly and polite. Will definitely want to come again! I hope they do not discontinue this Maharaja feast. Only downside was I had 6 mosquito bites during the meal. Guess it was due to the rain ️
Quite nice brunch in Singapore, located in the Sofitel Sentosa
First brunch in Singapore so cannot compare the quality / price ratio.
However price were looking good for singapore high end bubbly brunch
Price were $208 for two persons brunch
The option bubbly champagne, wine and beers were at $75 per person
The food were nice and in abundance with a lots of cuisine
Cold sea food, sashimi, sushi, pizza, pasta, noodle, beef, lamb, rice, Indian food, French cheeses, pastry’s, cakes, breads, ice cream etc
Nespresso coffees and TwG tea
Sunday lunch buffet at $128+, alcohol is additional at $55/pax
Walking in there is a bread/dessert section, then a kids buffet section. To the left is the seafood, salads, sushi. Followed by baked fish, steak, lamb, some Oktoberfest looking food. Then in the outdoor area there are some Chinese BBQ meat, dim sum, Laksa and Indian section. There is an island in the middle with some cold cuts, cheese and coffee/tea
The marketing collateral was well designed and enticing unfortunately the quality of the food fell short.
Restaurant didn’t seem well maintained as chairs were not clean and the furniture looked worn.
We went there this evening 10th Sep 2022 for 2 pax steamboat buffet, they honestly do not refill the soup or bother to, so the soup simply left dried and the charcoal almost dimmed out, we didn’t feel like continue with the dinner due to their reluctance in service. Most of the time they only care about clearing the plates. We left soon after. Disappointment.
Was celebrating my 38th wedding anniversary at this restaurant and they are having steamboat buffet. We booked for 4persons but later call the reception at the hotel to change 8 persons but they forgot to change.
Next they separated our table (different timing about half hour difference)
Also, the service was so slow. Each of our soup base took 30 mins to arrive, let alone asking for refill of the soup base. When we told the waiter we wanted Tom Yum soup base, they came back 3 times to ask for our order again. When the soup base finally arrived, it was the wrong soup base and by then we were famished.
Sadly we are staying at Sofitel for next 3 days can’t imagine.
Came here on a Monday night and love the ala carte selection. The butter chicken was good, the spice level was perfect and it goes so well with the nann
The seafood fried rice and their stir fry vegetables have the wok hey taste which my toddler loves
To end off, we had some macarons and they were so good
Most overpriced and subpar chicken rice I’ve ever had. Breast meat is dry and stringy. You would be disappointed if you are expecting a fragrant, fluffy bowl of authentic chicken rice. The small portion of rice and forgettable poached chicken are well not worth the $30.
Unfortunately this restaurant is not what it was in the past. The quality of the food is poor and the heat outside incredibly uncomfortable. This restaurant was a sentimental place for us but unfortunately with declining Easter brunches and a less than amazing dinner last night I unfortunately don’t think we will be back.
We were given a free dinner after a terrible Easter and when we got to the door the person who initially was helping us couldn’t find our booking. The restaurant was almost empty the entire time we were there so I am not sure why he didn’t just seat us and then work it out afterwards. The next person who came up thankfully knew of our booking and seated us.
The food was hawker style and it was ok but had I been paying for the dinner I would have been disappointed.
