What a unlucky day! This stall used to be very famous for dim sum. But now the stall looks very messy and food standards drop a lot. To make matter worst, the two employees attitude was very bad. This kind of attitude will only make the stall go bankrupt only. All customers will not come back second time. I really hope the management can improve on their service level and hopefully, restore back to the old great days again. Let make Kimly great again!

The attitude of the waiter was very bad, the two employees had very dark faces, and the tone of their inquiries was also very bad. It felt like customers were bothering them about their work! ! Won’t come next time! ! !
Can the company pay attention to whether such employees have not been trained?

Rude staff with attitude problem. Often blame customer and throw the plates at the tray. If you don’t want a bad day. Don’t patronise them.

Anyone noticed that the fk-up female cashier is longer there? LOL. To be fair, the food is still good compared to other kpt. They have a new staff now, rather ok but a bit blur. I went back after the cashier disappear.service now abit better

Always miss out the order items. Will not issue receipt unless requested. Rude and incompetent staff who doesn't apologise after messing up orders. Poor attitude and blames the system for not being able to track order.

Lousy service bad attitude, haven't even finish ordering ask me must tell him what mode of payment first with bad attitude, can't I finish ordering first. Teach Yr staff to be more polite

Bought porridge, siew mai and Har Khaw for take away. Requested the staff to give me "sweet sauce". The staff said: where got ppl eat porridge with the sweet sauce? I explained to the staff that it was not for porridge but for dim sum because I don't want chili sauce. The staff in photo attached replied me with Cantonese word " Sohai". This really rude!

Regular customer, attitude problem for the those 3 staff wearing glasses working night shift, whenever he take order the funking attitude like I own him money, I'll boycott Kimly from now on because of the staff attitude problem, boycott it so that the boss can go take look of his staff

The lady cashier and wear spectacles guy was reply with uneven tones. Between behind me not a long queue what are you shouting at? Bad manners. Even though your food is good, but service and staff personality is not good, overall will will be truly not good. Truly not recommend

Cashier lady (China lady), raised voice at me. Another Chinese lady was rude when asking which ingredients I want to add in the porridge when she only asked me if I want shallots or spring onion. Not recommended to go there

Unhygienic, use bare to smash the century eggs without gloves. See already want to vomit and wasted $2 to throw the porridge
Will never buy again and never recommend to others. Also told the staff off and they ignored. Super unhygienic.

The food is horrendous. It was a Small portion even for porridge.
I was given only the dreges for the century egg porridge I had order and the staff had to scrap the last bits in the plastic container.didn't even feel apologetic about adding more portion and saying that I would need to add more money for this measley portion.

Staff attitude has been terrible. It is not the first time I have encounted bad attitude at this stall. Probably not going to go there again.

The food there is nice, location is convenient but the service sucks. I order a plate of cheong fun and found a long hair on top of the cheong fun. Told the staff n she use the tong she is holding trying to pick up the hair. Then his other male colleague replace me a new plate but he slam the plate on the table as though he is not happy to change a new plate for me.

GrabFood ordered and received quickly for a hungry dinner. As expected, tasted good, perfectly priced and comparable to any hawker-based Dim sum place. Coffee Pau was so good, not sweet as I wanted but not intense coffee that it’s off-putting. Chicken Pau, Prawn Feng Guo and Char Siew Pau were good, ofcourse I want more filling but for the price, it’s what you get. Siew Mai was perfect.

I’m a regular customers of this stall. The foods is ok but recently the new female staff so unprofessional behavior I experienced. Rude treated with customer while buying things and shown unhappy expression. Please do something before affected the business.

Ordered pork chee cheong fun and century egg porridge, but end up with no pork and egg inside. Not recommended.

Dim Sum is average but what really puts people off is the counter staff attitude. Rude and shouts constantly.

4 stars in terms of hawker centre standard of taste, service, cleanliness and location. Very satisfying and their century egg porridge was generous! Would love to see more energy from the staffs, and perhaps more menu.

Horrendous service. Ordered via foodpanda and these monkeys refused to accept the order for 20mins, whilst I couldnt cancel. Dimsum also tasted so horrendous. I could've gotten better frozen stuff from NTUC. No wonder the best they'll ever do is sit in hawker centres.
