Ordered 3 piece meal end up only got 2 pieces in the box, the staff at the counter looks very lost. Luckily the manager is nice and compensate 2 more pieces, thanks.

Ordered 6 egg tarts, my queue appeared under "ready for pick up", but it was not ready, ended up waiting THIRTY minutes for 6 egg tarts. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Waited close to 1hr just for a normal meal. Staff took their own sweet time to serve orders and even became confused with which orders are whose. Seriously, how hard is it to put food already prepared from their racks into a box and clear orders systematically.

No people queue so that we decided to eat kfc but we waited for 30minutes the food is not done yet, not recommended to eat this branch when u are rush in time

(-) Brought the original burger for the pepper sauce but received it with plain mayo. Approached the staff, thinking that it might be some mixed-up, the staff just brushed me off with a "No more. " It's normal to run out of stock, but I think a better approach is to let the diner know if you're switching out ingredients in their food.
(-) The bread was cold, hard, and dry.
(-) Two elderly staff was resting against the opposite end of our table, grumbling about the management and working hours.
(+) Relatively clean.

Came at the closing minute, staffs at kfc nex were pretty patient with me and still took orders from me. However, they only accepted cash and I only had card with me. So, uncle Jimmy came and helped me “reserve” my meal as I was afraid I needed time to withdraw cash.

Uncle Jimmy went out of his way to prepare my meal and gave me extra food. I was really touched by uncle Jimmy’s act of kindness. He certainly made my night and deserved a pay raise.

Went to Serangoon Nex KFC on 29/1/2022, ordered a burger, fries and chicken. To my disappointment, the burger bun texture was hard, fries were soggy, chicken was bland, the zinger pockett chicken was soggy as well, only mash potatoes were decent, please do something about it

Chicken undercooked, fries are very hard. They are obviously understaffed. Each person here waited almost half an hour for their meals.

This morning at about 11am, I order a takeaway 2-pc meal from KFC at NEX. Not only were the chicken pcs miserably small, they were unusually dark and looked like leftovers that were fried again and again. When I went to back to the counter for an exchange, I saw that the chicken pieces on display were all similarly dark and small. I left disappointed. On my way home, I walked past the small KFC outlet at 261 Serangoon Central and took a quick glance. To my surprise, the size and quality of chicken there looked much better and I immediately bought an add-on piece to my sad 2-pc meal. Dear fellow diners, if you are craving for fried chicken, the KFC at NEX is not where you will find fingers licking good. My mom was equally appalled upon seeing their fried chicken. If you must have KFC, try the outlet that is 5min walk away from NEX at block 261, it’s next to the coffeeshop. Good luck folks!

Update: KFC must improvise their online system PayLah n Trust; most of the time not working! Ended up keying in information n manual ordering for pick up. Your workforce is shrinking! Do something
Honestly the chicken pieces are smaller cuts, same goes for the zinger patty.getting absurd

Slowest group of staff I have ever seen. And they ignore you and avoid eye contact when you try to get their attention to ask about your order. Especially the manager Ann.

I woul like to thank Uncle Jimmy for being Very kind, friendly and tried to help as much as he could with my order and even take his time to give us a greater deal better then any store could offer was also checking with us if the food was nice I would like to see uncle Jimmy more if possible everytime I come to KFC

Long waiting time for order always ~ don't know how is it fast food when you have to wait at least 45 minutes and more for a meal to be ready

Order moves very slow. Average waiting time 45 mins to 1 hr. Always running out of chicken without backup.

Don’t go to Nex kfc don’t waste ur time. All the staff were very useless & rude. Wasted our time. And the cheese fries sauce very less. Bad services. Don’t even give chilli sauce, fork & spoon.

WORST SERVICE! MORE THAN 45MINS WAITING FOR SINGLE ORDER! STAFF WON'T ENTERTAIN FOLLOW UPS! WORST!
